| #41 Posted on 28.9.10 2258.43 | Instant Rating: 3.96 | Has anyone considered the possibility that Goldust is the GM? Think about it... his ex-wife once used a laptop to calculate the perfect winning strategy for the men she managed under the guise of the York Foundation. He's certainly mentally unstable enough to explain the odd decisions. And it would be an awesome reveal.
As far as Vince explaining why he hired whoever the GM ends up being, all he has to do is come back from the Nexus beating with short-term amnesia. Or, better yet, long term amnesia, requiring Josh Matthews to search for him in Cleveland.
Also, I want to give the Bellas props for eliminating themselves with the dual missed baseball slides. That actually looked really nice, no matter how horrid the rest of the battle royal appeared. (And I too thought Melina, as well as Tamina, got eliminated sooner than expected.)
Back to the GM thing... awhile back Edge started talking about the voices in his head. What if Edge is the GM and doesn't even know it? | CRZ

Maybe Jericho can call Edge after he regains consciousness. I think when the GM said that Jericho was bluffing...THAT was the bluff. Jericho totally knows. But now, he ain't tellin'.

Either that, or the knowledge of who the GM is (along with the knowledge of Jericho's own identity) got knocked out of his head when Orton punted him. Because "Lost in Cleveland" was so darn FUNNY, Vinnie Mac wants to do it again with Jericho. Actually if you go by the rules used in the DX vs. Legacy Submission Count Anywhere match from Breaking Point, rope breaks do not count.

How many times as the WWE done things that don't exactly make sense? I see your point and actually thought of that before this but in terms of non-sensical ways of thinking, the WWE does it quite frequently (not nearly as bad as TNA per say but it still happens more than it should). And another thing to point out; I believe the computer said something while it was not even near the mic (when the computer fell) for one and two, how could it make any type of noise when it is being smashed. Again, the WWE makes a lot of mistakes which will be forgotten by the general audience.

Jericho should come back as a surprise and win the Royal Rumble, in a manner that does not at all make it look like a rerun of Edge this year, and somehow ignores the fact that HHH will also be coming back around the same time, then get the Smackdown belt before Wrestlemania, then wrestle Orton in the unification match where he seeks to remain the only undisputed champion in WWE history. And lose. But still, fun.
Love that Hell in a Cell has gone from the ultimate showdown between great enemies to random stip generator for whatever run-of-the-mill world title program is going on in October between two guys who kind of dislike each other.

Jericho's not the only undisputed champion in WWE history. He lost the title to Triple H (who became the first person to hold the new "Undisputed Championship" belt, instead of carrying around both the WWF and WCW title belts), who lost to Hulk Hogan, who lost to Undertaker, who lost to The Rock (without getting pinned: Kurt Angle took the fall in a triple-threat match), who lost to Lesnar. Lesnar later decided to become SmackDown-exclusive, so the title was split, and the World Heavyweight Title was awarded to RAW's #1 contender, Triple H. Oh right. Well you know what I mean, most best undisputed champion. He can beat Randy Orton and John Cena in the same night. | It's False

The Wiki may have this one wrong, as I don't see Shad on the active FCW talent roster. It's VERY interesting to see some of the names that are on that roster, including Brett DiBiase (supposedly, the more talented of Ted Sr.'s kids) and Richie Steamboat (Son of the Dragon. Does he ever have a hell of a legacy to live up to).
Oh, and of course, Titus O'Neil is still down there, making it a win.

Shad himself (verified Twitter account) said as recently as two week ago that he was in FCW getting ready to come back to the WWE.
Back in June, he tweeted about being in FCW and explicitly stated that he was in FCW getting a "re-education in [his] craft".
Also, apparently he has a graphic novel coming out next year. | Ecks

I was watching FCW a few months ago, but my source dried up (downloading episodes), was entertaining to watch the rookies. Guess I'll have to put google to work again... | | Pages: Prev 1 2 3
