Low-Carb is pretty effective, all things considered - I lost about 50 pounds or so in 5 months on Atkins before it got a little bit too expensive for my budget. The price of meat and chicken went WAY up, not to mention how much Atkins wants you to pay for a box of cereal ($5.50) or pasta ($6.) It's becoming the 'trendy' thing to do and it's leading to a lot of people doing it incorrectly, imo. From last week at work:
Friend: "I'm doing Atkins. Thankfully BK has these bunless burgers." *Friend smothers burger in ketchup* Me: "You know, there's 3 carbs in a packet of ketchup." Friend: "Is there? Oh hell."

The Variety article on ViewAskew.com said that Smith likes the idea of Clooney & Jet Li for the roles (since both had been attached to the project before he got involved). I love the idea of Clooney & Jet Li.
