Low-Carb is pretty effective, all things considered - I lost about 50 pounds or so in 5 months on Atkins before it got a little bit too expensive for my budget. The price of meat and chicken went WAY up, not to mention how much Atkins wants you to pay for a box of cereal ($5.50) or pasta ($6.) It's becoming the 'trendy' thing to do and it's leading to a lot of people doing it incorrectly, imo. From last week at work:
Friend: "I'm doing Atkins. Thankfully BK has these bunless burgers." *Friend smothers burger in ketchup* Me: "You know, there's 3 carbs in a packet of ketchup." Friend: "Is there? Oh hell."

well if Kazaa Lite isn't your thing, I would suggest Ad-Aware. Even if you're not too paranoid about spyware, this also gets rid of all those annoying ad programs that you might've downloaded unknowingly. Just run it once, then reboot then that's it.
