"Man, you should take that cane and beat whoever made that suit to death."
Did anyone else catch the episode this past season where they showed the segments that ultimately landed on the cutting room floor (until that show anyway)? I believe there was one bit where the Player Haters go back in time. It goes without saying that we all have different tastes, but I thought that it was bland at best and atrociously unfunny at worst.

Which of course is why it aired on the clip show of stuff that got cut. Although I enjoyed this line, myself:
"Honkey is a racial epithet, popularized by a man named George Jefferson in the 1970's."
Although I think I know what you mean, some of the other stuff on that episode was pretty amusing. Such as everything being turned gay. The gay gardener clipped they repeated a few times, that was pretty funny.

I was rolling when Dave explained the premise--"Basically they travel through time, and hate on people."
Which, now that I think about it, was the plot of a lot of "Dr. Who" episodes too.
And I have to agree with Dave--shooting a slavemaster is *always* funny, especially given the "triple-take" thing and how badly the guy sold it.

Which totally rocked. Blew South Park away, actually.

Which would be TWO marathons in a row on Saturdays. This means another VHS tape, seeing I forgot to get last Saturday's.
My question is: How soon until Season 2's DVD? :D | Ticamo

| #29 Posted on 20.4.04 0847.12 | Instant Rating: 6.33 | While I wasn't able to show my friend from out of town the Chappelle's Show season 2 collection I had, we were able to see the last two episodes Saturday night.
The Brady's Show thing was probably the best show the whole season; I say this only because Wayne Brady was excellent playing an antithesis of himself. Aries Spears' imitation of him is good on MadTV; but the real thing himself taking one for the team is 10 times funnier.

My question is -- what recurring things happen during a show? All I can count is the triple edit and Robot Dancing Guy. | | Pages: Prev 1 2
