Is what I hate is three of these matches are already available elsewhere on DVD, vs. Brock, Undertaker and Angle and would prefer some more Smackdown matches replacing these that are already on DVD like Lesnar's DVD which had 6 matches, 5 of which where available elsewhere meaning DVD fans like me bought it for Lesnar vs. Show where the ring collapses

Not really. Vince was listed as a producer merely because Cena did it while under WWF developmental contract.
There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened. - The Restaurant at the End of the Universe
I thought there was more to it than that on MANHUNT. I recall a few articles coming out at the time stating how WWE was trying to distance themselves from the show after it was reveals how much of it was preplanned (including scenes being reshot because they weren't "dynamic" enough).
Either way, they probably could get a few moments from it with their connection to the show. I think a two-minute Easter Egg of Cena from the show would be perfect.
With this company, some would argue that's the only place you can find it any more. Anyway, I liked the Cat well enough, but not well enough that I'm going to grieve over his firing. This one just strikes me as really, really abrupt.
