Problem is; Fuel, that they aren't marketing it as a joke. They touting it on WWE.com and in every ad I've seen as something at least loosely legitimate artistically. My buddy burned me the whole thing and it's just vile. I mean, from top to bottom it's just such crap and it's $20.00 worth of crap, and I bet that's just what the Americans get to pay.

Austin's stuff is awful. I must admit, I laughed a bit at his "it would have been much easier if you just drank it with your mouth..." I don't know what that means, and I don't wanna know.

Jericho's stuff sounds great, especially by virtue of contrast, but no one who isn't in the Klan listens to that kind of stuff.

If it hadn't been on TV weekly for the last 9 months straight John Cena's song would be like finding twenty bucks in a dumpster full of used condoms. But since it has been played quite regularly, it's more like finding your ex's phone number in the same dumpster.

BUT...I must say, if anything makes this album worth giving a listen, it's Kurt Angle's song. This song epitomizes the phrase so bad it's good. I mean this album is cheese, from top to bottom, but Kurt's song seems to be comfortable with that. He doesn't try to show he has talent. Everyone else does, and it's embarrassing.

I'd tell you to kiss my ass, but I don't want to get it infected.

I'm just saying if someone buys it thinking they're going to get great music, they have no one to blame but themselves. All the CD is good for is a laugh. Now I'm not spending $20 to laugh at bad singing, that's what those American Idol type shows are for.

Hehe, that actually sounds funny ...I'm still waiting for Jericho to perform a full out over-the-top Rock ballad with his fellow Fozzy band members for Trish LoL That would be hilarious

smark/net attack wienerville advisory is on ORANGE alert - High (Due to Bob Holly WWE Title match, Kliq/Kliq PPV World Title match, Mae Young appearance) 1/6

Get your WWE CD copy autographed by Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chris Jericho, Trish Stratus and Lilian Garcia after Raw... Oh MY! Christmas has come late. Can't get better then that.

Well, I figured that if nothing else, my $10 helps to keep WWE music alive so that we will eventually get Anthology 2.

The CD wasn't nearly as bad as I hoped it was going to be. The Dudley's were tolerable. The Austin Skits, while not as funny as his heel run, had its moments. Plus, I loved the Guerreros song!

Overall, there were four songs that probably could've stood on their own on a non-novelty CD (Cena, Jericho, Lilian, Rey) and only one real non-redeemable stinker (Rikishi).

Not as good of a purchase as Strong Bad Sings, but still.

The Rikishi track is the best on the album. It's not the best singing, or the best music, but it is the best.

I can't help but smile, thinking of how bad that song is.

I'd have to say the album is good. Austin skits are funny. I really did like the Trish song, her voice is just as good as her looks. The song that has stuck in my head is Jerichos. All other tracks range from Ok to good IMO. The DVD is nice, Jericho is hilarious as always and come across the best. Nice presenting job by Coach aswell. The eggs are right twice on Lita/Austin/Jericho bits to highlight their photos. I would say pick it up if you need a laugh or be pleasently surprised by some singing skills.

Props to Chris Jericho, the Dudleys, and Trish for releasing DECENT songs...Jericho's and the Dudley's tracks could easily become new entrance themes. The rest of the CD is a waste of money.

Kurt Angle: YOU CAN'T.....SING! YOUR TRACK.....SUCKS!
Eddy and Chavo...what a waste. I was hoping for their WWE theme song...

Rey Rey's theme? Pity I don't parlo Espanol, or else I'd probably enjoy it more.

Put a little ASS on it? WTF?!?!? Up until the chorus, I was impressed with Rikishi's theme.

Lita's theme needed work, but then again, I've never been a grrl-rawk fan at all.

Man, I really wish we could have gotten something with a bit of twang to it...since, of course, I'm a Country fan. I guess there's always WITH MY BABY TONIGHT from the Full Metal: The Album.

Perhaps we should be thankful we don't have Lance Storm doing a track a la Leonard Cohen, "singing" about being serious. I'd crack up if something like that was released, though.

It's over. Oh well.

I picked up three tracks last night off iTunes; it was added this week (every teusday they add new albums, this week was WWE Originals and Crystal Method, woohoo.) Nice thing about buying this way -- you don't have to pay for the crap, you can just pick up the songs you want...

Jericho's is Fozzy-esque, so if you dig Fozzy, you should dig it. Problem is it has some weird little interjections and oneliners which don't feel like they belong in the mix... the Dudleys one isn't too shabby, even if they're above average karaoke singers at best. John Cena's is John Cena's, if you want it, this is probably the only place you can get it; I don't see the WWE re-including it on another entrance theme disc and undercutting sales of this one.

I'd never pay twenty bucks for this Wrestlecrap worthy item, but three bucks sounds about right.

Also add to the fact that Al Snow, Ivory, and Hugh Morrus are off working on TE3, the roster gets even smaller. I'm hoping Benoit and Guerrero jump to SD! (preferably after SS), so Benoit and RVD can have a rematch.
