As if that wasn't inevitable to begin with? At least HHH couldn't make Jericho look bad in this supposed fight with Goldberg.

Heck, maybe Jericho attacked Goldberg suddenly and Goldberg just defended himself. Or maybe it was the other way around. Or maybe they are both to blame and both will be punished. Or maybe the WWE will just shrug it off as a misunderstanding will not punish anybody. Who knows? I don't, but my point is that neither do you. | Venom

Well I heard it was Eric Bishcoff that broke up the fight. . . .and then he threw hot coffee on both of them.

Goldberg has a history of getting into fights backstage. Evan Karagias' name springs to mind right away. Also, his shouting insults at HHH at a toy fair was pretty lame. He also has a history of being an egomaniac and hard to deal with.

I will provide further info as it becomes available.
I now hate Goldberg and Y2J, because they along with the rest of the locker room are guilty of holding down Steven Richards.I am handing in my Y2J Mark-Out card ASAP.
The above was by a Steven Richards mark and was used here to spread the Gospel of Steven Richards future Worlds Champion.

| #37 Posted on 9.4.03 1306.15 | It seems that Goldberg went the "small" wrestler bit on Jericho backstage and then grabbed him by the throat. It appears this is all Goldberg's doing and Jericho was just standing up for himself.
However, I wonder how this will play out. In one corner, you have a man who loves wrestling and has been good for the company since his arrival. He has never tried any backstage politics or power plays. He has done whatever the company has asked him to do. he has put over young talent and never bitched. He is over with the fans as both a heel and a face. And then there is Goldberg, the man who tried to bleed Vince dry to come here. The man who has caused problems whereever he has gone. And on his second night, he insults Jericho. And let's not forget how much he insulted the WWE product while they were trying to sign him.
If Vince has ANY LOYALTY AT ALL to his wreslters, he will let Goldberg go over Rock at Backlash and then throw Jericho at GOldberg and have Jericho go over him at the following PPV. But by that time, Jericho will be locked into a feud with Steiner.

The 'small wrestler bit' is the 'I'm a Hoss and a small guy should only be used as a squash match for me. If I sell any offense for someone small, my character will be irreparably harmed.'
