JBL is no Brock so I don't wanna see JBL/Show. Guerrero/Show I wouldn't mind.

Big Show could possibly be a tweener, taking out Angle but then also Guerrero and possibly JBL. Maybe setup a Three Way with Show/JBL/Guerrero because god knows if anyone can work for three men, its Guerrero. Heck, people have already been lulled into the false impression that JBL has improved in the ring based on wrestling Guerrero in brawls.

The more I think of it the more I think everything fits perfectly for a E & C reunion (even if WWE doesn't know it). Think about it, Edge is angry because Jericho eliminated him during a Battle Royal for the main event of Summerslam. Now think back to Christian last match, it was a cage match vs. Y2J where Jericho "injured" Christian in the match, just a week before Christian was scheduled to be in the Battle Royal for the World title match at Bad Blood (and was one of the favorites going in)... You add that Edge name dropped Trish during his appearance on the Highlight Reel to throw her turn back in Jericho face and that as all Canadian breed wrestlers have turned to U.S cities with the exception of, yup Trish, Christian and Edge (oh yeah Sylvian Grenier but he doesn't count lol)

Them joining up I don't really see it as going backwards at all. It's more like going forward with their paths crossing again because of a common enemy in Jericho. Also doesn't necessary mean E & C will be a tag team permanent, I don't see that. It will be like evolution, they could tag and also mix and match with Tomko. I see a Christian and Tomko team maybe with Edge defending his singles title and during this stable run you can mix and match, or have them all singles.

As for the other much talked about happening, I just can't see Lita being a heel. Maybe one of those 1 month things and then turns back face with the "Hahaha, I trick you, I was never heel it was just a plan" deals

smark/net attack wienerville advisory is raised to YELLOW alert - Elevated (JBL is the new WWE champion, good gawd hide under the desk. But Benoit is World Champion allowing some safety in the IWC)- 6/28

I'm thinking that the thing with Lita will be interference that goes awry, with Lita playing the unwilling bride going forward, and (like the other poster said) Shawn Michaels interrupting the wedding with a serenade of some Sweet Chin Music.

And put me down for thinking that Christian, Edge, Tomko and Trish would be a cool group to target Jericho. Playing the cards right might lead to Chris Benoit entering the fray. But what of Batista?

As for a Big Show return, I'd love to see him cost Eddie the match, because I think he'd be good as a heel. Besides, after JBL retains, he's going to have to get into his inevitable feud with Cena, so that the stripping makes any sense. A tweener Big Show setting his sights on BOTH Eddie and Angle could be enough to propel a rematch. (is the Smackdown PPV next?) Add a #1 contender stip, and you've got a well-crafted Main Event Scene. Kurt Angle vs. New Champion John Cena closes the book on their feud while giving Angle a chance to rant pompously about "beating the odds."

But I guess I'm thinking too far ahead...

An E & C reunion would be great and give the tag division a right kick up the ass it needs, just for a while, they can split before 'Mania and go for World titles then, they're young enough to stay out from singles pushes for now and really bring some nostalgia back to the show.

I was thinking the same thing when I was thinking about this. At Summerslame E&C can reform, meanwhile Benoit can retain. For the next month (or however long it is until the next ppv) Jericho can feud with E&C. At the next ppv he can wrestle one of them and the other interferes. Meanwhile Benoit loses the title to Orton. The next night on Raw, Jericho challenges E&C to a tag team match with his myster partner, who of course turns out to be Benoit. I think Benoit has done a great job as champion so this would be a good way to drop him out of the title picture but still having something for him to do. I don't know about the rest of you but E&C vs. the Canadian Chrises is a dream match up to me. I mean Edge vs. Jericho, Edge vs. Benoit, Christian vs. Jericho, Christian vs. Benoit, and E&C vs Chrises are all great matchups. They could have great matches week to week ala the ole Smackdown Six. And like someone else said, Christian, Edge, and Trish can bring up that Jericho change his hometown, and Benoit did as well.

But who do the Chrises get, if anyone, to offset Tomko? Rhyno? A returning Shelton?

I was tooling around on YouTube a couple of days ago and stumbled upon something I hadn't seen before. Jimmy Garvin had done a video where he shared some behind-the-scenes footage from during the Great American Bash '87.
