Whatever happens, it's good to see people in the seats and being excited about baseball in Tampa. With the funky mascot and the indoor stadium, interest in the team was really slow, understandably so, to catch on. But this team is good and there's reason to believe that they can stay hot. I'd love to see the rivaly between them and the Sox last *late* into the season.
I'll go a step further and say I'd love to see the Yankees make a surge and make it a three-way dance. If the AL Central teams stay hot, I'd love to see the Yanks, Sox, and Rays all duke it out for a sole postseason slot.
That's probably because the last image most people have in their heads of Kim is him nearly single-handedly blowing the '01 Series. On another point, is it a definite that he's going to be a closer once again instead of a starter?
