SURVIVOR SERIES 2003
Since 1987, the Survivor Series has been a staple of the WWF calendar. It always seemed like a way to work lesser-used guys onto a pay-per-view (like the Royal Rumble)...but damnit if it wasn't always a blast! So let's get ready for the 17th Annual Survivor Series by checking out what's been signed for the show thus far:

Also expect the Bashams, Haas & Benjamin, the Guerreros & Rikishi & Scotty 2 Hotty to be in action based on camera time the last couple weeks.

For any wrestlers that are extremely over, but have an average build or smaller: This type of booking should tell you something.

I'm assuming he's like A-Train from what people have said about him so far. I figured someone here would say something about the guy to get my memory going at some point, but so far I wouldn't know the guy from John Heildrenburg or whoever that sucky guy was on Raw.

And I really don't want to see one match that involves Nathan Jones, Matt Morgan, Big Show, APA and Hardcore Holly. A stacked roster and access to all the talent in the world and this is what makes it to a premier PPV event?!

Long story short, he's a big OVW guy that was on Tough Enough 2, but quit due to a bum knee. He's got plenty of potential, and he's actually not all that bad in the ring. The only bad side is that he's green as grass.

Then they introdced Lesnar's team and I still wasn't too disappointed. Big Show has grown on me, Lesnar has too (even though i diddn't really dislike him to begin with), Morgan I want see, Cena is good. Nathan Jones sucks but you have to have someone to eliminate first. So I figured no problem stick them up against Benoit, Angle, Guerreros, Rhyno, Mysterio, O'Haire, kanyon, etc etc. But they have to ruin it by throwing in APA and Holly. I hope all three of them get eliminated first and the Angle and Benoit by themselves starting whoopin butt on the other team maybe come down to an Angle/Benoit vs. Lesnar/Big Show final.
I think the Raw Survivor Series is a ten man also isn't it? So who else joins? Storm for the faces i'm guessing. Maybe test for the heels? When does he come back from his injury?
I'm looking pretty forward to the survivor series matches as well as the women's title. Lita is actually somewhat interesting for once.
I'm thinking some other possibilities are...
Flair/Orton/Batista vs. Maven/Jindrak/Cade
Tajiri/Yang/uhh..the other guy vs. Ultimo/Noble/Mysterio
Guerreros vs. Bashams

The absolutly hilarious feud of shane vs kane?... if you remember were this came for...shane must be looking for a match versus vince in WM...(please Lord have Mercy of us!!) after all, Mr Mcmahon has hurt Linda a lot too...
At least they didnt announced a match with Zack Gowen yet...no offense.... but when i watch the boy trying to wrestle it's just...mmmh ....patethic...

If they are then I'm torn. On one hand the RAW matches do interest me and if Tajiri's little mafia gang get some air time that'd probably be pretty cool.
On the other hand the names Mark Henry, Hardcore Holly, and Nathan Jones do feature on the card, all be it hidden in the depths of ten man elimination matches.
I guess if I have to I'll probably cough up if for no other reason than it'll only work out at a couple of quid and at the end of the day it is Survivor Series.
As for the other members of the Elimination match I'd guess Batista on Team Jericho given his altercation with Austin, and HBK for the faces to get revenge on Mark Henry.

I'm pretty sure that we won't have to pay for it. The one's that were on Sky Box Office last year, and so far this year, are the Rumble, Backlash, Vengeance and Armageddon (the PPVs that Channel 4 had for a couple of years)

You are so right, I look at it like this. If you have the size and your big, you have every opportunity to show if you are a failure... But if you are not of that bodytype, you have to keep proving yourself everytime out without slipping.
It's not only wrestling, that bias happens in other sports too... But it's obviously there in Vince & Co. mind
As for the Raw 10-person tag you probably right dmr with Batista and HBK going on each side.
But I had something else in mind, the kept saying 10-person and 10 superstars. I was thinking they add a woman on each side and make it intergender. Trish on the face side, umm Victoria (I guess) on the heel side... You can do the switch either way on this. (1)Trish-heel by turning on her team and joining Jericho. or (2)Jericho-face by protecting Trish from the heel teammates and costing Team Bischoff the match.
