The Miz is on Raw.

Helms on ECW should be pretty good. I feel bad for anyone sent to Raw, though, because that show really does tend to focus exclusively on upper-card guys, and with Cena, Orton, Batista, and Triple H on the show, there's hardly going to be much time for guys like the Miz or Kendrick.
All told, I think that Matt Hardy, Miz, and Kendrick are bad fits for Raw, but that everything else worked out pretty well. A fairly even shuffling of talent, with most of the guys winding up on Smackdown being the sort to take advantage of the generally longer ring time they get over there. I'm really happy with how ECW made out in this draft. ECW is my favorite show, and the only guys they lost were really dead weight anyhow (I don't count Miz and Morrison, who probably showed up less in ECW than they did on Raw or Smackdown). They got a new monster heel (Koslov) to let Mark Henry freshen up on the sidelines, they got a couple of guys that were frankly too green to be on the main rosters anyhow (Zeke and Smith), another veteran to help the young guys out (Helms), and a shot at that new Hart Foundation we keep hearing about. Plus, I think Zack Ryder has a much better chance making something out of himself in ECW than anywhere else. Whatshisname Hawkins is the guy I think might be out of a job in a couple weeks.

Well, young yamcha, when a man and a very old woman love each other very much, they sometimes have a special wrestling match without their clothes on. Several weeks later, the very old woman gives birth to a rubber hand. And everyone I know will happen to be flipping channels at that exact moment, and they will all ask me about it for weeks afterward. It's not logic, it's magic.
One could hope that The Brian Kendrick is take Rey Mysterio's place as the high flyer on RAW with Hornswoggle taking over the "Kid's Love Him™" role, though I suppose Kofi Kingston probably has that covered on his own. I think the best that we can hope for with Hornswoggle is that William Regal takes him under his wing as a favor to Finley and we get a few weeks of hilarious skits before Regal dumps Horny on his head and he disappears for awhile.
I thought perhaps the switching of the Diva's/Women's Championships was a signal that they were going to put a little more focus on women's wrestling on Smackdown but then I realized that Melina and Gail Kim are pretty much the only decent workers on the roster. I suppose being taped, perhaps they can cover up the weaknesses of the other women more readily, but it would have been nice to see a couple of other good workers make their way to Smackdown.
If I remember correctly, the Unified Tag Team Championships can be defended on all three brands, but I suppose the Colons being drafted to Raw determines where they end up after losing the titles. With all the talk of tag teams being split, I can't believe that nobody has mentioned the heartwrenching breakup of Jesse & Festus! (Jesse is still on the roster, isn't he?)
With all the talk of how the world title will be coming back to Smackdown and whether or not Punk will turn, I'd find it pretty funny if both titles remained on Raw for a bit and Punk ended up turning heel because he refused to use his shot to go get one of them back.
With Edge, Rey Rey, Jericho, Punk & JoMo, we could almost have a new Smackdown Six. (I'll avoid including Jeff Hardy on the list so as to avert any attempts on my life.)
Raw got the star power and Smackdown got the wrestling talent. As for ECW, well they still have more than enough talent to fill up 3 matches a week. And as Velocity showed us in the past, Josh Matthews is at his best when he doesn't have a whole lot to work with, whereas Matt Striker is at his best when he's talking, period.

I could have written this post word for word. I have no need to watch RAW now. Thanks Vince!
Now, if they would just move Striker to Smackdown, I would not have to watch ECW either.

Jeff and Undertaker are both pretty excellent. Smackdown is gonna rule unless it somehow becomes all about Kane and Knox running roughshod. It reminds me of Smackdown right after the first draft when they had Jericho, Angle, and Edge and Raw was Scott Hall Central.

Was the Smackdown Six Benoit, Edge, Brock, Angle, Mysterio, and Matt Hardy? I seem to remember years ago when I would lurk this board and people were in love with Smackdown and Heyman's booking.

Replace Matt Hardy and Brock with Eddie (and his mullet) and Chavo.

Well, I guess opinions are mixed on this. All the sources I find include Benoit, Edge, Angle, Eddie Guerrero and Mysterio. Paul Heyman's wikipedia page includes Chavo Guerrero, as does a thread on tpww.net that came from that time. An old quiz at SelectSmart.com put Lesnar as the 6th member, which I seem to remember as being more likely.
The height for Jones is accurate. (And in an interesting tidbit, makes him taller than Andre) When he and I still worked for UPW, I used him to judge whether our entrance lighting rig was high enough. The WCW ring was indeed smaller than the WWF/E rings....
