Oh yes, and the guy who made this is working on bringing Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden.

Is one of the levels impossible as Mega Man?
I'm not sure I'd say "impossible" for any character, but there are certainly some levels (which may or may not involve water) that are a hell of a lot easier with certain Wave Beam-armed characters.
