What was everyone's favourite commercials?

I really liked the Charles Schwab commercial with Barry Bonds and Hank Aaron. Other than that, no real standouts. There were some cute ones, but overall, I thought they weren't very good.

I'm already tired of Shitney (actually, I've never liked her), much less having to see the long play of her new Pepsi commercial and two shortened versions. Marilyn Monroe or whoever she was trying to be in the 50's version she is NOT! Yeesh.

The HotJobs spot with the girl who appeared to be childish repeating everything her perspective employer said and turned out to be a court stenographer was okay.

No good Nike commercials, not even a WWF one ;-)

A little disappointed with them this year.

U2 rocked tho. No complaints about the halftime show.

I'm guessing the WWF is trying to distance themselves from football.

I liked the Bonds/Aaron commercial, too. I also enjoyed the Bud Light commercials (mini-fridge robot, Cecil the Entertainer helping his friend pick up a chick). Britney's commercial was better last year. There were also some good movie trailers like for Spider-Man, MIB II, and Signs. I don't know if you would count them as commercials, though. Speaking of Spider-Man, did anyone see the first trailer they had, before 9/11? It was really cool.

I had forgotten about the Cedric Bud Light commercial. That was pretty funny.

I missed the Spider-Man commercial dammit. I'm hoping it turns out to be a good movie. Not sure about the Green Goblin in a suit of armour tho.

Didn't get to see the pre-9/11 trailer, but do have the wallpaper up on my home computer (the one with the WTC reflected in his eye slits).

I had thought one of the better ones was the Bud commercial with the country guy walking into the bar with all the "How ya' doin?" guys in it, but maybe that was just me. I missed the Cedric the Entertainer spot, unfortunately.

The pre-9/11 Superman trailer was awesome. The spot for MIB II really doesn't make much sense until you see the trailer that's 'bout a minute and a half long that explains everything, tho. (Of course, it isn't hard to figure out that he came back, but still... it's how that the full trailer explains.)

I can't really think of many great, much less good commercials outside of those. Maybe the other Bud Light commercial where the guy slides off the satin sheets, out the window, and has to meet the neighbors wearing a welcome mat, but that's it.

Britney's commercials were a waste of my time to watch.

The Hank Aaron/Barry Bonds one was great. I think I liked all the Bud Light/Bud ones. A couple not mentioned yet was the one where the woman was spending all that time carefully picking the perfect card, and then they showed the guy grabbing a six-pack at a convienence store, and just grabbing a card at the counter. Also liked the one where the dude had that hawk who would fetch Buds, but didn't know where it got them from, and then showed the hawk attacking those people at the restaurant.

Sucky commercials included 'mlife' and Blockbuster. And how the heck did truth.com get enough money to run two commercials during the Super Bowl? I hate those guys, and I don't even smoke. Also, I don't know what Pepsi was going for with those Britney commercials, but I'm pretty sure they missed the mark.

All the Bud Light commercials were pretty funny. I forgot about the one with the satin sheets. That was good. I also forgot about the Blade II preview. It was cool to see the previews for the movies coming out that I have heard about for all this time.

Well, I think the "Battlebots" Bud Light commercial was really great. I just didn't see the humongous hammer coming. So, that was my fave.
I also really liked the commercial with Cedric T. Entertainer, but I think pretty much anything he does is funny (big fan of the "Kings").
And yeah, Hank Aaron and that other guy were really good in their ad.
And while I enjoyed the trailer for "SpiderMan," I'll have to agree that the online trailer I saw with the giant spider web pre-9/11 was the epitome of awesomeness. Still, I'm much more excited for this movie than an adult should be.

Clarett is getting tons of hype, and overshadowing the fact that the Buckeyes are very deep at running back. Lydell Ross was a freshman starter last year, and had over 100 yards against Cincy last week.
