Wilbon just likes them because they did a song for the NBA playoffs.

To quote Lebatard radio show producer Marc Hochman, Fergie looks like she was hit in the face with a bag of frozen nickels.

I'm not sure I understand. Isn't the BEP often the top-selling group in the world? They're pretty successful/well-liked...

They're successful but not well-liked, if that makes any sense. As the old saying goes, they may sell millions of records, but I don't know anyone who actually owns one.

Smokin' body, though. Fergie is pretty much the definition of a butterface.

This is exactly why I Tivo the Superbowl and skip over all the idiotic stuff (though that pretty much means that I only watch about 20 minutes of a three hour (?) show.

Does MTV still produce that halftime show? If so, I'm surprised they don't just skip the "musical act" and just show a half hour of the Jersey Shore.

The BEP did the Grey Cup a few years back - that's more their level.

Or the 2004 Democratic National Convention. I don't think any TV network gave 'em more than a bump shot.

I think the Super Bowl should get the Tragically Hip in exchange.

It's only fair.

The Browns trade-downs became a running joke between my neighbor and I. We were waiting for their first pick to be in the second round and by that time, they would own the entire 7th round of the draft.
