John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Gotta go Lesnar winning here, forsaking the short-term booking for the long-term. Plus, Lesnar losing his first match after beating Taker doesn't seem very smart.

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon: Either Nikki turns on Brie and helps Steph win in order to get her job back, or Brie wins. I'll go with a Brie victory here.

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton: Reigns.

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Lumberjack Match: Ambrose tried an explanation on Smackdown, but they couldn've have picked a lamer stipulation for this match. Rollins wins I guess, just because.

A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: A.J. wins and retains, Paige goes even battier.

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt: With two matches likely left in this feud, Wyatt wins both to get a two-to-one advantage over Jericho. The first one comes here.

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev, Flag Match: Does WWE dare have Rusev win here? I'll go Swagger since Rusev doesn't have to get pinned/submit to lose.

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Championship Match: Miz wins and retains the title.

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Lesnar, despite Cena's constant assurances to the contrary.

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon: I predict I won't give a damn either way. I'll say Brie.

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton: Reigns.

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Lumberjack Match: Really? Lumberjack match when you could've made it a ladder match for the briefcase? Has RVD been sharing his stash with 'Creative' again? I'm gonna go Ambrose.

A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: Paige.

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt: Wyatt, as much as wins and losses don't really effect his character, dude still needs a win.

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev, Flag Match: Rusev, I hope. Or it's a DQ.

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Championship Match: I'd like to see Ziggler win here, but the Miz finally has a gimmick that's working for him, so he'll probably retain.

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Cena by DQ

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon: Brie, maybe she gets help from the physical therapist woman

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton: Reigns.

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Lumberjack Match: Ambrose

A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: A.J.

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt: Jericho has to win sometime

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev, Flag Match: Swagger

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Championship Match: Miz

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: I love that The E just can't win here, even though this is the best possible match they could have gone with, given the circumstances. If Lesnar wins, they have a part-time champion that can't (and won't) be at every show. If Cena wins, it becomes everything we've ever hated about Super Cena. It's a no-win situation, but I have to go with Cena, just based on the fact that they need an active champion for TV and house shows. Brock kills Cena dead afterwards and Rollins cashes in for the title.

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon: I don't care. I don't care. GODDAMMIT I DON'T CARE!!!

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton: Reigns gives it a go, but I feel like he comes up short here. Orton wins clean, but sets up a rematch next month.

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Lumberjack Match: I don't understand why this stipulation is here when everything has been leading to a crazy street fight. It reeks of that WCW-kind of odor of someone feeling threatened that these guys would steal the show or something, hence the stipulation to cut out the legs from under them. Ambrose wins, but Rollins gets the last laugh when he cashes in later in the night.

A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: This feud's getting to be a lot of fun. AJ barely retains, but it's still not the end of this feud just yet.

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt: This feud is dying before our eyes. Wyatt gets the win here, because Jericho getting two wins in a row weeks before he heads out again would just be mind-bogglingly stupid.

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev, Flag Match: Rusev wins to continue his dominance. Swagger kills him with the flag afterwards and celebrates anyway. USA! USA!

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Championship Match: I want to say they see something in Miz, but he hasn't exactly been a house of fire, either, jobbing left and right since winning the title. Still, Miz wins here.

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Lesnar takes it. Drops it at whatever PPV is next.

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon: I really do not give two shits about this match, but if forced to pick, I'll say it's a no contest.

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton: Reigns.

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Lumberjack Match:Depends on who the lumberjacks are. And please Dear Lord let them all be wearing blue jeans and flannel shirts, like the good old days! Anyhow, I'm picking Ambrose, simply because it won't involve the briefcase and therefore Rollins remains in the main event horizon picture.

A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: Monchichi. Sorry, that's AJ Lee for those who don't know what a Monchichi is.

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt: Y2J. Otherwise the "Wyatt clan banned from ringside" angle means nothing. (and I'm making an ass of myself for assuming the creative department thought that far ahead)

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev, Flag Match: Swagger

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Championship Match: I think it's time they are finally going to give the old boy a shot. Dolph takes it.

I'm going to call it for Cena, because they need an active champion too much. The only way I can justify that win, though, is if the Undertaker of all people comes out to cost Brock the championship. We all figure he's done, but if he was, wouldn't he get some kind of big sendoff on RAW? I figure he's got one more match in him, which I would like because I'd like for his last match to not be terrible like the WM match was.

You know, it'd never happen but how awesome would the reverse be? Brock pins Cena for the title, but then Cena kills Brock dead afterwards and Rollins cashes in for the title. Cena explains that "Maybe I can't beat Brock ... but I can beat this punk" and takes the title back on Monday Night Raw. "Hey, I told you that you'd see a Cena you hadn't seen before." Maybe not a full heel turn, but adding a few shades of grey.

Cena. There is just no way that Lesnar wins and then has Rollins cash it in on him. Cena will have it cash in for the third straight SummerSlam in the row.

Ambrose. Jesus. The one bright spot to this entire company.

AJ. Sad to think this is a secondary feud for..

Steph. She is going to win, because it will allow her to be on TV more to gloat.

Swagger. American Patriotism and a WWE crowd could make for a good crowd, yet everything about this seems dirty.

Miz. Who care.

Bray Wyatt. I feel bad for both Bray and Chris as they seem to be lost in the shuffle if anything, it was good to see Jericho win a match or two.

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Lesnar. All of the build, including pointing out how Cena won last time, suggests Lesnar going over here. Cena puts up more of a fight, though, and there's possible interference here.

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon: Brie wins here to offset the heel win at the end.

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton: Reigns wins. Hopefully, the match defies expectations.

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Lumberjack Match: Rollins. Despite the dumb stipulation, this winds up being match of the night.

A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: Paige regains the title.

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt: Bray Wyatt wins here.

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev, Flag Match: Swagger gets the flag so Rusev doesn't have to get pinned.

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Championship Match: Miz. I hope I'm wrong about this, though.

Cesaro vs Rob Van Dam: Cesaro gets back on track with a win here.

Ladies and gentlemen, the following public service message is brought to you by your friends from D-Generation X, who would like to remind each and every one of you that if you're not down with that, we've got two words for you...

Brock wins the title. No cash-ins. The house shows go without a champion for one month while we build to a rematch at Night of Champions where any of the following outcomes happen:

- Brock retains, takes the title hostage the next night on RAW, and the titles are split up again.
- Cena wins the title back, everyone groans.
- Cena wins the title back but gets cashed in on by Rollins right away.

Even though I hate the idea of Brock winning the title because he's a self-centered little sh!t, it's the only way to logically get to the outcome of two World titles again, which I feel best serves the company's interests in the long run. Having two World titles let the company test new guys at the top without having to rely on them as draws, and if we didn't have a unified title all this time, things wouldn't have been so predictable when they had to abort Bryan's run.

Other picks:

Brie over Stephanie clean. Nikki turning would be a Russo-esque move at its finest.

Reigns, duh. Orton winning would be the biggest shock of the night and I could see them doing it, but on a show that's going to be heel-heavy (for a major PPV) to begin with? Eh-eh.

Ambrose needs the win WAY more than Rollins does, but Rollins wins because I see them continuing the feud with hopefully a better stipulation for the next match.

Paige takes the title back. There's no way to continue the feud if AJ wins again, and all of the interesting would-be challengers are faces.

Bray overcomes the absence of the Family and evens the score with Jericho, with the rubber match to come next month in a gimmick match of some kind.

Swagger wins because this is pretty much the only scenario in which one can get one over on Rusev right now, and because they need to do SOMETHING with Swagger before he cools off again.

If it's the pre-show match, Dolph takes the title from Miz, otherwise Miz retains and we push things back to next month.

While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.

Have there been any indications anywhere that the WWE wants to split the titles again, or is this just your own personal indication? I would imagine if that was the plan, the dirt sheets would be all over it and it would be fairly well telegraphed. I mean, I remember reading plenty about when they were planning on uniting the titles.

None. The only way they would ever do this would be if SmackDown was becoming its own thing again, which would also probably involve things like bringing back the draft. Closest we've gotten is the tease that SmackDown might be moving to Thursdays again, but that doesn't mean as far as roster splits go.

They aren't going to split them unless there's a reason to. As far as testing new guys, there's still the Intercontinental Title, which they can treat just like the WHC was treated last year. It's not a huge step up at this point.

There's a new WWE title belt coming within the next month (week?) and there's no indication that they made a new Big Gold Belt with the new logo on it.

Brock, because anything else would be ridiculous.

Steph after Nikki not-so-shockingly turns on her sister.

Ambrose to set up a rematch (hopefully third time will be the charm for these guys after the first match didn't happen and this one's being hampered by the least interesting gimmick they could have possibly chosen).

Reigns.

Wyatt.

Paige.

Rusev.

Miz.

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Brockles Nar.

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon: Stephanie, by Twin Magic.

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton: Reigns

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Lumberjack Match: Ambrose. Rollins will want another shot at him, leading Ambrose to make him put up the briefcase.

A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: AJ Lee. Paige had her run, and it seems like they try to spread the wealth.

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt: Bray Wyatt, though perhaps by either Harper or Rowan returning to the ring during a ref bump.

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev, Flag Match: Swagger. WWE isn't going to make USA lose.

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Championship Match: The Miz

Cesaro vs. RVD: Cesaro
