Are you saying he "did it for the Rock"?

Wait. Did Nash say he got a text from Hunter? All he said was he got a text during the main event.

A main event, I might add, in which Hunter was in the ring, and wasn't shown to be on his cell at all.

The simplest explanation is the best: Del Rio paid Nash to "stick the winner", and is paying him to act like he and Hunter are in cahoots, to keep suspicion off of himself.

I'm Charlie Owens, good night, and good luck.

Nash implied the text was from Hunter, what with all the "let's get on the same page, pal" talk. Was he going to jump the rail because he received a text from a number he didn't recognize? If so, I need to get ahold of Kevin Nash's cell number because it would be fun to make that guy do all kinds of stuff.

Sure, Nash could always be lying. The first thing I thought at the end of Summerslam (after "Jesus Christ, I hate this company sometimes") was that Nash would wind up as Del Rio's bodyguard or muscle or hired goon or whatnot.

I don't have it DVRed, but my recollection is that he said the text was from Hunter. Anyone have a recording and can transcribe the exact words?

I heard him wrong. He got the text BEFORE the main started, thus putting Hunter right back on the suspect list. Although he didn't say the text was from Hunter, he just said "I got a text."

And he either needs to talk faster, or accept the WHATing.

I would hope that someone with Del Rio's (character's) money could afford a better bodyguard than a 52-year-old with bum knees.

Could be he buys bodyguards like he does cars - nothing that costs less than $100,000 will do, and he discards them after one use? (I figure Ricardo Rodriquez is getting at least twice what WCW was paying Michael Buffer per spot.)

Nothing would make me happier than for Ricardo to ring announce Michael Buffer's WCW bloopers on purpose, to hear him say "Bret "The Hitman" Clarke" and call Hulk Hogan "The King of Hulk Mania" in Spanish.

Eventhough Sharkboy was teamed up with such notable professional wrestling stars such as, Mightly Molly, Maven, and Steve Blackman, sadly he is not under WWF contract.
