Sort of. Capcom saw a fan-made project and co-opted it, announcing it last week during the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary tournament grand finals. The game itself was released today, and it's free to download for your PC. If people want some classic Mega Man action, or to see the imaginings of various Street Fighter characters in 8-bit form, you can grab the download at the following link (assuming the website isn't crashed/overloaded again). http://www.capcom-unity.com/mega_man Maybe we can catalogue everyone's weaknesses in this thread! If the above link times out/doesn't work, the direct download is here. http://static.capcom.com/sfxmm/SFxMM_US.zip (edited by Chumpstain on 17.12.12 1104) Promote this thread!

Blanka's Tropical Hazzard → Rose Urien's Aegis Reflector → Ryu Rose's Soul Satellite → Rolento, Crimson Viper C. Viper's Optic Laser → Dhalsim The thing is: it's more important on how to dodge than just spamming the attack. why does Blanka give you watermelon trampoline bombs instead of ELECTRIC TOP SPIN
I just picked it up last week and am about 20 hours into it. So far, I'm really digging it. It's sooo much better than the last one, in fact I think it's on the same level as Suikoden II.
