Notice the conspicuous WWE logo on Mr. Steve.

Due to the low resolution of the image, that looks a little like the Warrior logo. Austin has drank from the blood of the fallen skeletons that have made the sacrifice to embrace the bliefs and the challenges of one's own DESTINY!!!!!

| #8 Posted on 7.2.03 0720.58 | Here's what Mushnick had to say about Austin on ESPN, from nypost.com:
"But Disney-owned ESPN is relentless in its quest to replace sports fans with desensitized young males. Yesterday, ESPN welcomed pro wrestling stars The Rock and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, in Bristol to shoot "SportsCenter" promos.
The Rock rose to WWF stardom through a ring persona that targeted women - and entertained children - with vulgar expressions, not to mention the occasional folding chair slammed against the heads of female performers.
Austin, a beer-guzzling in-ring low-life, stays in character. Two months ago he pleaded no contest to assaulting his wife. He also agreed not to publicly ingest alcohol for one year.
It's a dirty job, but ESPN remains eager to do it."
"I just got pinned by a friggin twelve-year-old."

Gotta love Phil. Now, he preaches that no one should watch wrestling, yet somehow he watches enough wrestling himself to know what to criticize the wrestlers for. Of course, the greatest days with Phil are when he gets real sanctimonious, and either the gun ads or the strip club ads are on the same page as his column.
