Notice the conspicuous WWE logo on Mr. Steve.

Stone Cold is back on TV! On the wrong show!

That was easily the best thing I've seen this week

Saw him on ESPNews earlier today. I'm waiting for the Panda to sue the WWF/E and ESPN for showing footage of Austin without the WWF logo blurred out. Now, if it is okay to show that footage without the blurring, why does everything else have to be blurred?

As long as this doesn't lead to a Steve Austin/Dan Patrick vs Triple HGH/Ric Flair match, I'll be happy.

Due to the low resolution of the image, that looks a little like the Warrior logo. Austin has drank from the blood of the fallen skeletons that have made the sacrifice to embrace the bliefs and the challenges of one's own DESTINY!!!!!

There are now decaf drinks that taste just as good as the real thing, S.

Here's what Mushnick had to say about Austin on ESPN, from nypost.com:

"But Disney-owned ESPN is relentless in its quest to replace sports fans with desensitized young males. Yesterday, ESPN welcomed pro wrestling stars The Rock and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, in Bristol to shoot "SportsCenter" promos.

The Rock rose to WWF stardom through a ring persona that targeted women - and entertained children - with vulgar expressions, not to mention the occasional folding chair slammed against the heads of female performers.

Austin, a beer-guzzling in-ring low-life, stays in character. Two months ago he pleaded no contest to assaulting his wife. He also agreed not to publicly ingest alcohol for one year.

It's a dirty job, but ESPN remains eager to do it."

Off the top of my head, I actually can't think of a tmie when La Roca hit a woman with a chair. I know he gave Steffo a rock bottom at least once. Maybe Chyna, but does she really count as a woman (in that she was wrestling men)?

Gotta love Phil. Now, he preaches that no one should watch wrestling, yet somehow he watches enough wrestling himself to know what to criticize the wrestlers for. Of course, the greatest days with Phil are when he gets real sanctimonious, and either the gun ads or the strip club ads are on the same page as his column.

I think I could much more easily see that if they weren't leaning him face now. I don't think they had a choice, of course, but I think that makes it a little less likely. Anything can change before WrestleMania, though.
