The recaps of the hall of fame ceromonies during RAW sure had a lot of Steph. Did She get inducted too or did she induct herself? Look at the bright side at least that will be the last of Steph. But I like most of us like Steph. So let us hope she back with a bang like Trish.

Stephanie McMahon was at the ceremonies, but was not inducted. Neither was Vince McMahon Jr, nor his wife Linda, nor their son Shane, nor his wife Marissa, and especially not their son whose name escapes me.

Most of us like Steph?
I know I can't be the only one who hasn't miss her shrieking harpy voice for 1 second. There's really no need for her to come back on TV.
I am sure whe will be back next week. I didn't mind Steph at all when she was Smackdown GM. I mean, she did what a GM was supposed to do, up until her fued with Sable and Vince. She was out there to make matches, make rulings, and get out of the way. Hopefully the GM role will evolve into that on both shows.

Considering the fact she's a MCMAHON and a part owner, also wife to Triple H why wouldn't she be there? Did you notice this was a black tie affair and most who attended did so with their significant others. Wrestlers, and management have private lives.
When Vince pointed out that members of his family would be involved in the draft, I did get the scared realization that Steph and/or Shane could be back on camera next week. I like Steph and all, but I don't need to see her back so soon.
To be honest, I don't want to see Steph anymore for a long time. Visions of Zach Gowen still dance in my head. Let's not forget that she now sounds more like a foghorn these days. During that whole feud with her dad, her character's credibility hit the skids. I just can't buy into her anymore. She was okay as the GM, but I knew that something like last fall would happen eventually (though I hoped it wouldn't, of course). So, I'm okay without her.
So, when is she coming back?
After a quarter of a century on this planet, there's three things I know for sure... 1)Ain't nothing like a Dirty Pair marathon on New Year's Eve. 2)I'd make a fine Mrs. HHH II. 3) I'd make an acceptable Mrs. Orton. 1400 reasons to luv me!
She will probably be GM where ever HHH ends up. That could set up for an interesting story line and it is something that is happening anyway - him have mega influence in the back...

Jimmy being there seemed weird. And, historically speaking, concerning. Also, something on Fox Sports Net decided to show parts of Pete Rose's intro, with Kane in a tux providing the comical presentation. Where have you gone slightest hint of kayfabe. And, I was slightly surprised it was Flair that presented Harley. Considering the way Foley spoke of him in his book, I thought maybe he would have been the presenter. Flair was the more appropriate person to do it, but since when has that ever mattered in a McMahon ceremony.

Yeah, I saw that on FoxSports too.
Maybe Jimmy was introducing his former charge with "Rhtyhm and Blues", Greg Valentine? (Hart did manage those guys...didn't he?)
Hart managed The Hammer to the I-C Title in '84-'85, before co-managing Valentine and Beefcake with Johnny Valiant before giving Valiant the contract to Valentine as Jimmy focused his attention on Adrian Adonis. He then later managed Greg when he teamed up with Honky and during his 'legendary' feud with former NWA World Champion Ron Garvin.

Jimmy did indeed do the induction of "The Hammer". Kane was kind of odd being in a tux (monster in a tux?) but it worked for the ceremony. All in all, it was a great ceremony, even if it did run a bit long. Jack Lanza's speech (inducting Bobby Heenan) was scary (as in you were thinking "is he drunk??"), however. The wrestlers the next morning at the breakfast were even making fun of it, which was comical. Luckily, Heenan being the great talker more than made up for it after Jack finally finished.
They might include some of it, but I don't know about all. A whole DVD could be made of the thing...the speeches/induction ran from about 8:30 to at least 1AM. Not that I am complaining, 90% of the speeches were worth the while.

That seems awful long for just 10 inductions....awesome that you were there. Can you remember who did the speeches to introduce the others?
