Okay so in NCAA Football does a blocked Extra Point count as an attempt? On another board there is a debate as to whether Ohio State Freshmen Kicker Aaron Pettrey went 5 for 5 yesterday (3 off the season record for the school) or 5/6 yesterday. He had one blocked, which to me, would mean he went 5/6. However, ESPN shows him at 5/5:
Normally I wouldn't care, but I tried to research in the NCAA rulebook and could not find a good answer so now it is driving me insane. I know there are some incredibly sharp college football fans here so I put it to you guys to help out.

That's technically true, but Favre was only calling that time out because he saw that there were too many guys in the huddle. I know it's the cool thing to rag on Favre, but I feel horrible for the guy.
