Looks like WWE did what it does best - effectively buried the cruiserweight title. Chavo Sr.? i mean yea he is better than jacqueline but wtf. Chavo Jr should be holding the belt. I have always felt that cruiserweight matches are alot more entertaining than heavyweight bouts. I mean what do ultimo dragon, paul london, billy kidman, rey mysterio, akio, sakoda etc. have to deserve a push. I guess they be spending all their time in WWE competing for spots on Heat and Velocity.
Ehhhhh, if they're going to treat the belt as a joke I'm happy that it's at least a funny joke. Chavo Classic is a riot and a big step up from Jacqueline.
Rather than pining for the day when guys like Paul London and Nunzio get legitimate pushes and the CW belt is treated like a hot commodity, I've come to accept that they really don't care about the division and that day is not going to come. If that's going to be the case, I'm willing to turn my brain off when I watch the cruiser angle as long as the storylines involve entertaining people. Chavo Classic fits that bill, so I'll reluctantly take it.
The Toronto Maple Leafs: Hockey's equivalent of the Chicago Cubs, but easier to hate.
We'll skip right to the main event with just a brief recap of all the other things.
-RVD jerks and wins against Val Venis. People bitch about his push. Let's say this; at least he's getting air time.
-Obligatory Trish/Jazz match.
