| #1 Posted on 4.11.04 2058.49 | Starting on 11/11, Spike will start airing Hey! Spring of Trivia.
According to Spike TV, Hey! is "A game show of fascinating information. Viewers send in obscure trivia which is then presented in video clips to celebrity judges. The judges vote for their favorite trivia segment by slapping a Hey button - the more interesting the trivia, the more Heys."
Should be interesting; according to Cynthia Turner's Cynopsis, it will be dubbed -- but not over-dubbed like MXC is.
I will, of course, still make the suggestion that they pick up Kinniku Banzuke (Muscle Ranking).| Promote this thread! | | Bullitt

Here's hoping they're going with the MXC vibe with a little less toilet humor...

I think I Over-watched last year as I watched it every time it was one from regular scheduled showings to marathons... This year I watched the special season premier from Florida with Tony Hawk and a few weeks after but it's not must watch anymore as I usually miss it.
Speaking of "Japanese show" I actually liked Banzai (yes I know it was parody). I also knew it wasn't going to last long on Fox.
smark/net attack wienerville advisory holds at ORANGE alert - High (JBL is STILL WWE champion and now smarks arch enemy HHH is the World Champion. Major red threat, but the undercard seems okay. The alert holds... for now)- 9/19 | Zeruel

Can't go wrong with wacky Japanese game shows! (Unless it's a wannabe show like "Banzai!")
And now, for a limited time only, it rhymes with "door hinge!"

Any idea whether it's produced by the same company...and for that matter, if MXC is coming out on DVD box sets?

Regarding H!SoT, it's originally from "Fountain of Trivia," a format from Fuji Television. I don't think it's going to be the same company, since this is going to be dub vs. MXC's overdub.
EDIT: Here's some examples you might see on the show.
