-Alfred Molina looks perfect as Ock. -Not sure about that "Fasten your seatbelts" line. -The action looks to be ramped up quite a bit. -The direction, acting, and dialogue in that opening sequence are atrocious. Just ugh. The car surprised me, though. -The shot with Harry and the knife is awesome.
I for one LOVED the first one, but it didn't hold up after multiple viewings. I look forward to this, though because it seems they got the villain just right.
Other than the close up of MJ's lips, I think the first part of the trailer was just fine. In fact, I was totally digging the whole thing. I'm guessing Doc Ock's going to be a way better villain than the Goblin was.
Also, did I spy John Jameson in that trailer? I say, bring on Werewolf by Night for Spidey 3!
I don't think John Jameson is/was Werewolf by Night in the comics. I think it was...Man-wolf(?).
FYI:
To anyone who wants it, here's the trailer in LARGE QUICKTIME format. http://movies.yahoo.com/ movies/feature/spiderman2qt.html Enjoy. Doc Ock actually looks much better in Quicktime. However, MJ in her hippie, yuppie, "I'm Going Commando" outfit looks kind of stoned. And that hideous mouth shot. That's so Raimi :).

"Just a humble bounty hunter, ma'am." -Spike Spiegel
Jack Russell was Werewolf by Night, a man who turned into a werewolf...by night!
John Jameson was Man-Wolf, due to an amulet giving him zany powers and mutating him into a wolf
