Wow..the deal has been made.

This is great news for Sony as they can profit from Marvel's success and smart planning.
But it's equally great for Marvel as they can now have arguably their most recognized character in their movie world.

I wonder if it means they can drop his name in tv-shows as well (since those are all in the 'Marvel Cinematic Universe')

Thank you North Korea! I am now beyond psyched for these movies as well as a new Spiderman flick. I can't wait for Mary Jane Watson Parker, Agent of Shield.

Now reviewing Shield, Arrow and the rest of the Fall Superhero TV Line Up. And now the 2015 Oscars.

I have a weird feeling that we might be getting a Miles Morales Spider-Man on the big screen before we see a Peter Parker.

Forget it Josh... it's Cerebustown.

My son is gonna love this to pieces.

All you need for Spidey is four factors: spider, powers, ego, responsibility. That's it. Everything else is in play. Gimme Miles. Gimme Peter. Gimme Spider-Gwen. I don't care.

There's no way they could do this without heavily retconning everything and making it confusing to casual fans.....but man, giving Emma Stone her own franchise as 'Spider-Gwen' would be incredible.

"They showed Kazarian talking on his cell phone. Tenay said that was a sign of disrespect. West suggested that perhaps Kazarian was phoning in the moves to someone who is going to help him prepare to face one of these wrestlers. That's one of the worst guesses in history for why someone is on the phone."
