First, examiner.com is like the 1wrestling of ... everything, I guess. They're like 411 Mania with a better domain name.
Now with that out of the way, there's still an entire season of "30 Rock" WITH Baldwin, and at least one WITHOUT Baldwin before NBC has to worry. If the show still has Tina Fey and Tracy Morgan, the entire discussion of what will replace it seems WAY premature.
At this point, it would be more productive to ask what's going to replace "Outsourced" in the Thursday lienup...and THAT one hasn't even AIRED yet.

I think you misread Wpob -- I read his comment as saying that they needed to find quality replacements for Carell and Baldwin, not the shows.
Hasn't Tina Fey always said that she expected the show to only last five or six seasons at most? Maybe Baldwin's departure will mean the end of 30 Rock altogether.
Good, I've thought 30 Rock was running out of steam this season. Most of the humor, for me at least, derives from Tracy acting crazy and Kenneth acting weird. There's only so much of that to do until it starts becoming tired.
Lloyd: When I met Mary, I got that old fashioned romantic feeling, where I'd do anything to bone her. Harry: That's a special feeling.

I can't say I've ever wondered what it would be like if the cast of The Office turned up at your average ordinary everyday church service. But here we go: Jim and Pam are there to have CC christened and the whole workplace drops on by. Huh!
