So many story lines repeated from many years ago (ah, the old "have the tag team partners fight for a place on the roster" thing. and then Heath has to be a Ref.
I did enjoy the full turn of Daniel Bryan
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.
That the universe was formed by a fortuitous concourse of atoms, I will no more believe than that the accidental jumbling of the alphabet would fall into a most ingenious treatise of philosophy - Swift
RAW's got lots of problems, but losing Roman AND Braun has just put them in this terrible place where they don't have a genuine top face and everyone's wandering around without any direction. The exception, of course, would be Seth, who's tied up with Dean right now. Their feud is genuinely the only thing worth watching on Mondays, and I'll admit they sometimes overplay their stuff in that angle, so some of it works a lot better than other parts.
I think they made a real mistake as far as Elias and Balor are concerned. Two weeks ago they should have given those guys some big-time wins so that the crowd would buy them as the new top tier, but instead they had them get beaten up - I assume to try and generate sympathy, but it just made it look like they couldn't really hang with the top heel faction. If they'd given them some momentum first, then they could have done the beatings and I think it would have worked better.
Of course, the lack of a top championship also doesn't help matters. When the title is on a guy who's never on the show, then YOU DON'T HAVE A CHAMPIONSHIP. So, your default top title is on Seth, who's locked in a personal feud, and thus, the rest of your show is spinning its wheels.
Smackdown's been pretty alright. That's a solid two hours.
The loss of Braun, Roman, Sami, Kevin, and Alexa guts the main event. And then they add a degree of difficulty in shelving the main title. That leaves a pretty good crew, but not enough to make a three-hour show work. The three top faces are Elias, Finn, and Seth. Everyone else is a heel or a tag wrestler. It's a chore to watch, and that's not even mentioning the HORRIBLE Rush/Lashley tandem.
Add to that the annual doldrums between Survivor Series and the Rumble. This is water-treading time, and we have no reason to expect anything until the end of January.

Just signed up (I'm in Japan though). You need to install a specific player (for Android anyway). It will play in a youtube-like window in your browser. This year's Power Struggle (November 8th) is the newest card they have.
