He is the guy who hand-makes the WWF belts (in addition to special-order belts for indy feds and the rich guy down the street who wants the big gold WCW belt), and has lotsa pictures of him creating the new "15 pounds of gold" that Trips is carrying around right now.

Aaannnnyyyyway, I noticed about halfway through looking at the pics that he made "two" of them. Identical belts. And after reading a thread in here a couple minutes ago, the idea occured to me:

No matter who walks out of Backlash with the gold, it will be painted NWO-style. Then, when a non-NWO grappler wrests it back, they'll go back to the other belt this dude made.

Discuss.

WWF also requires the wrestlers to carry the belts with them from arena to arena. So it would make sense for them to have more than one in case it gets lost/stolen.

That is one of the very worst sites I have ever visited in my life. "J-Mar" needs to get someone to organize all his links for "WWF replica belts" and lines that say "I don't make belts for just anyone!".

After five minutes of rummaging through all that I am very, very tired of the word belt.

Yeah, I've been to the J-Mar site before. They are definitely spending all their time working on their belts and not their website because the site looks like shit. If they actually had a good webmaster/site designer/whatever, they'd really have something going. They used to have pictures of one of the belt designers posing with Stone Cold when they made the Smoking Skull belt.

They've got some other pretty interesting stuff too. Too bad they don't have anybody that can organize it.

I don't know if it's organization, or if it's just that the guy is a total lunatic. I remember visiting the site a few years ago, and he had this page up where he publicly insulted potential customers, calling them idiots for not reading his FAQ page. Frankly, between the god-awful site design and non-linear, truly bizarre language the guy uses, I don't blame people who can't figure out how to buy his merchandises. He's the Ulimate Warrior of belt manufacturing.
