That bit of dodgy writing with "This is Nightwing" could have been fixed by having Batman speak first over the radio:

Maybe at a later point we also find out Oracle is on the same line or something? (No, we won't but it would clear things up)
The Nightwing art threw me for a loop. I remember the whole situation about Stephanie Brown and then changing something. I didn't follow it much and just figured we'd get a male Nightwing so when he (she) looked feminine I was disappointed they didn't bother fixing it. Then at some point I realized he's still a she.
Best moment of the issue;
When Lois & Clark spend their foreplay by talking about fixing their situation and saying "but we don't want to obsess because that can be dangerous" --switch to Gotham and Batman.
Great art btw (and the Bat costume didn't bother me too much here)
