It would be a good move on the part of UPN to keep SmackDown, but their ratings have dropped since moving to Fridays. That was actually a bad decision considering that Friday isn't a big TV night among the 18-34 crowd.
Well, I'm not sure about the split, but as I mentioned in the Russo/Hogan shoot thread, maybe Hogan will have some claim to the title. I mean, he does have a version of the WCW belt and all. Plus, he was never beaten for that belt.
