Didn't get to watch it but was hoping for a review on here. Was it so bad that there wasn't a need for a review?

Also watched Vengence tonight. It was better than I expected and I was wondering how they were gonna get the belt back on RAW but I guess we know now.

Overall a pretty good PPV.

Booker and Lashley proved they could go *** with enough help from creative.

I found myself cheering for Mark Henry (the worlds sweatiest sex addict), so it couldnt have been that good.

Mark Henry gets bashed alot, but I'll give him credit when it's due. His promos & ringwork have improved lately.

Henry isn't terrible. I never thought I'd say that.

I don't get Sylvan's new gimmick. We're supposed to hate him because Quebec has wonderful gourmet food and beautiful scenery?

I have nothing witty to put here.

Yes. It's another twist on the evil/stuck up foreign guy. I'm surprised the "wonderful" women weren't mentioned too.

I'm not the most well-traveled guy in the world, but Montreal had, on average, the best-looking women I've ever seen in a city. The food was pretty great, too. See? Just another heel you're supposed to hate for being right!

The best heels are the ones that believe in what they are saying. I thought it was so cute because instead of being over the top, it was almost under the bottom.

Sky have deliberately not been airing these promos I have read. No idea why really, are they so controversial ?!

I only watched bits and pieces of the show.

One thing I can say is that JBL is winning me over as the new color commentator. He did an awesome job putting over The Pitbulls in their match. And The Leprachaun throwing JBL cans of Guinness might be one of the greatest moments in SmackDown history. The little back-and-forth he and Michael Cole had about JBL being let back in to Germany was funny as well.

I only caught the end of it. I think someone else has mentioned Lashley's very limited moveset and this match really exposed it for me. I know it's a cage match, but would it kill him to try maybe a suplex or something? I know the guy's a monster and he should be doing power moves, but can't he do the other moves also?

You guys should read the thread title. You're commenting on the 7-30 episode on the 6-23 SD thread.

Good show, though. The booking of the whole Lashley/Booker feud as me befuddled, though. I can't wait for the plucky underdog heel to get the blowoff win over the babyface who's been kicking his ass all summer.

If there was a thread for the 30/6 airing !

As for JBL's colour commentry, he appears limited to the 'Goodnight Sweet Prince' quote. 3 times on that show alone.

Cole & JBL just don't work together. Cole is no way main announcer material. No interest in knowing we can only see Cruiserweights on Smackdown.

We need a WWE Announcer / Colour Guy contest next !

Does anyone else remember when TNA considered them the family friendly alternative? What a change. So, Petey Williams loses his job and gets a damn near standing ovation and some extra time on the camera. It was a nice touch...
