No, we did not get married on our birthday. We got married 13 days before our birthday. We should have just waited and got married on our birthday. That way when I get senile I would only have to remember one date.

Met someone from another country. We decided to get married for purposes of bringing her here since we wanted to be together and really had no resources to do it any other way. We always promised if things were great in a few years we would do a big full-scale wedding shindig. And we always said that we considered ourselves happily together but married on paper more than in life.
Things didn't work out, we got divorced, but part of me still feels like I never truly have been married. Suffice to say THAT was not an easy discussion with the current g/f who I just passed 6 months with, but I think she understood my thinking on it eventually. I hope :) | J. Kyle

I used to feel like Boffo, but somewhere around 24-25 I woke up and realized that I don't feel like less of a person without someone around (which is a hell of a trip they drum into your head growing up).
