Any college fans out there watching whom their team has signed?

Michigan has gotten a solid class for having less than the normal amout of scolarships to hand out.

But Florida has gotten quite a good class considering they are coming off an 8-5 season, Leak has been as effective at recruiting as Zook.

Thoughts?

Oh yeah USC has cleaned house.

This day every year for me gets frustrating...We (Vandy) had one of our better prospects back out of a verbal commitment at the last minute. It happens every year to us.

To make things worse, the Vols picked up 3 top 100 recruits in the last minute to make their class respectable. God, I hate the Vols.

Florida's class on paper is unreal, but it'll be interesting to see whose classes were actually better in 4 or 5 years.

Penn State didn't have a lot of scholarships available this year, IIRC. The one I'm really thrilled about is Austin Scott from Parkland (PA). He's a little small (6'1, 195), 4.4 in the 40, but I saw him play in the state championship game and he's got awesome breakaway speed. I'm just shocked they took 3 RBs - we already have LJ's backup as a starter, and he'll only be a Jr/So I think. Scott's got amazing potential, but these freshmen will bring us up to 4 backup RB's. I will puke if Paterno goes back to that God-awful Running Back by Committee system. One, size-wise, could possibly be converted to a FB (which makes sense, since both of ours will be Sr/Sr's this fall), but I think they could have recruited a little more heavily for the OL/DL.

Afa's Son is going to UConn.

Yeah, there's a few of us here and there. Definitely a lot less than there used to be due to the Titans, Predators, and the fact that....well....we suck at football.
