Well, I don't see the image, but in general you'd use WIDTH=xxx or HEIGHT=xxx to scale your image, and <center> and </center> for centering.
Here's some examples:
<IMG SRC=http://imagen.CRZ.net/crzfl.jpg> (regular size is 495x800 pixels)
<IMG SRC=http://imagen.CRZ.net/crzfl.jpg HEIGHT=200> - scaled to 25%
<IMG SRC=http://imagen.crz.net/crzfl.jpg WIDTH=257> - scaled to 50%
<IMG SRC=http://imagen.crz.net/crzfl.jpg HEIGHT=200 WIDTH=600> - scaled to look strange
<IMG SRC=http://imagen.crz.net/crzfl.jpg HEIGHT=600 WIDTH=200> - ditto
Ewwww....forget those last two. ;-) Generally it's easier to just use one of the WIDTH or HEIGHT tags to scale your image.

That's an "R." It's a UC Riverside cap. (Oddly enough, most people assume it's a Kansas City Royals cap)
