What if they did?.... We are already without competition for the wwf.... if they should sign every top notch wrestler out there then there wouldn't be a chance to form a new promotion or bring one up to a higher level... and we've already seen the wwf go down hill...

Or should the wwf sign them all and actually bring in good writers?....

Any thoughts?

dont you wish that you were me??? no?.... i've got two words for ya!

Jeff-I'm in the middle on. He can perform, but he's not getting any younger.

Sting-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA NO. Maybe if this was 1994 or 1995, but definately not now.

Goldberg-If the rumours are true and the nWo ver. 1.0(Hall, Nash, Hogan) are in, why the hell not? Goldberg would be encouraged to improve parts of his game that are weak. If not, well, he can wow the crowds in HWA or OVW.

If i remember correctly wasn't Goldberg better for the locker room then Hall, Nash and Hogan were?... i think he could adapt to the wwf style... and his appeal with the crowd has not question to it.... maybe a counter to the nWo thing?

Jeff - yes, he had good workrate in both wwf and wcw and if they can get over the bad terms he left under i'd like to see him back

Sting - nah, if his health was 100% maybe but i dont think he could make a great deal of impact atm.

Goldberg - please no.... in my opinion goldberg is only effective if he is permitted to rack up wins but lets face it..the wwf doesn't have jerry flynn...*smile* ....he has never given me any indication he has enough skills (wrestling and mic) to make it in the wwf...

and about the nwo reforming....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!! say it aint so!!
the only one i wanna see from the nwo is a sober Hall....which is like saying you want an lightweight Santa....or a concussion free lindros *grumble*

anyhoo...

final answer... : yes, no, NO!

Thing with Goldberg is, he has zero desire to wrestle anymore and has all of the professional maturity of a Mike Bell vs. Brian Gamble match.

I also wouldn't trust somebody STUPID enough to "challenge" a guy on national tv like he has no idea that wrestling is fake. Same with giving Triple H shit for no good reason (before people had a reason to give H shit.) And the same with deciding he was going to show off how manly he is by putting his bare arm through a car window instead of USING THE FUCKING PROP THEY GAVE HIM.

Eh, I just fucking hate the guy. Though I must say, I wouldn't mind seeing Rhyno gore the piss out of his roidy ass.

Jarrett - absolutely! This guy carried WCW with Steiner and Booker T, but was far more interesting than both of them. Got stuck in feuds with Sting and the Rhodes' that would have been boring as hell without Jarrett acting like an over the top prick. He has a ton to give when handed the ball.

Sting - I'd love to say yes, but I don't know how much he has left. Get him to come without face paint. I REALLY thought he looked like a badass without when he's pissed.

Goldberg - Despite his poor attitude, a resounding YES! Is there something wrong with having a powerhouse who's over like crazy? Fans STILL would pay to see Austin vs. Goldberg I'm sure. DO IT!

Smarks be damned, casual fans want him!

Without a doubt Jeff should be brought back. Despite what some say, he was over as heel in WCW (yes, I know with all the pushing he got, it'd be a crime if he wasn't.) But he's great in the ring, and always entertaining on the stick. And all I have to say is...HELL, he carried Buff to a watchable match! TOP THAT.

I'd love to see Sting back, but I don't see it happening. And if he were to come back, he'd have to be somewhat motivated. Let's face it, he had maybe 2 or 3 good matches in the nadir of WCW, and the only one that really pops out was a Nitro match with Lance Storm. He's said time and time again that the WWF is too raunchy for his super-christian senses. To me, that sounds like the WWF would have to push too much to get what they wanted. I'd rather he just stay where his is.

Yeah, Goldberg can be a douche. But that's no reason they shouldn't bring him back. That's the absolute FIRST thing that Vince should have done with the Invasion. When we said we wanted WWF vs. WCW, we wanted Flair, Goldberg, Steiner and Jarrett. Does anyone remember the Goldberg chant on Raw during the simulcast with the last Nitro? Goldberg definitely means money. But I have to agree with the sentiment that the man's heart is not in wrestling, ina addition he's a tad bit crazy and not exactly a team player. Austin vs. Goldberg is the match that every mark wants. The thing is Austin is WAY too valuable of a commodity for the WWF to just throw him (and his fragile neck) in there with Goldberg. Goldberg would need to let his ego go and accept some serious training before he was brought in. He really would need to understand how to protect his opponent in there, because if he superkicked Austin like he did Hart, there's a good chance Austin would come out with a bit more than just an abbreviated career and a concussion. That's the thing that Goldberg needs to be thouroughly taught. This aint real.

Nonetheless, I would have to say that if the WWF is going to bring in Hall, Nash and (UGH) Hogan, then they should certainly drop the bills and get Goldberg as well.

They gotta bring these back!!!:

and of course: "Don't hate the playa...HATE THE GAME~!" - WCW World Champion Booker T

Jeff-Yes. I actually live about fifteen minutes from him unless he moved recently. I don't really care for him however. But he is a decent heel and if a split happens he could help.

Sting-No. I liked the way he went out against Flair.

Goldberg-Yes. This isn't going to happen though. Goldberg is going to collect all that money and try to start acting until the Time-Warner contract runs out (three years?). If he did show up the impact would be huge. Goldberg-Austin is a casual fan dream. He would have to have a big attitude change though. Or at least enjoy what he is doing.

JJ is an excellent worker, but it's hard to say whether Vince would ever let him back in the WWF.

Sting was a big name, but he's pretty beaten up now.

Goldberg didn't really give a hoot in hell about wrestling, and has too much guaranteed money coming his way to start caring.

Thus, it's really going to be "no" - for various reasons - on all three.

PLSSS don't bring back Jarrett..he is sooo boring.
Sting would be cool without the face paint.
And yes bring back Goldberg, Goldberg vs Austin would def be a money maker for sure.
I don't understand why everyone hates Goldberg so much, he's wayy over, and he's a HUGE powerhouse.

i've always wanted to see some sting-wwf guy matches, but i think he may be past it...

besides, the roster is bloated enough as it is until they get the split going...

if you do split the roster... who better to be one of the wrestling leaders?... Sting was and will be way over with the fans.... He has always had that.... and if you do bring wcw back on it's on then who better to help start it... he's one of the few who have stayed put and not jumped back and forth between the two in the past.

Jeff Jarrett- Of course. He was, by far, the MVP of the late WCW. Excellent wrestler, better talker, dan it pisses me off if he's really not in the WWF because of a real-life feud with Austin and Ross.

Sting- I hate Sting. I never thought he was very good.

Goldberg- He's good at the role he played before, but how often do we see squashes on WWF TV anymore, much less 180 (or whatever the count was) in a row? Three matchups- vs Triple H, vs The Rock, and vs Steve Austin would draw huge, but there just doesn't seem to be a spot with someone with his strengths and weaknesses.

Hi again, 210.

All that hate, just for a wrestler.

It struck me funny that the one thing you point out was something I mentioned so casually by saying "roidy ass". But anyway... to be fair, I think you could have shouted "HEY ROIDY ASS" in either the WCW or WWF locker room when he was wrestling and had half of each roster turn around looking for a fight. (The other half would be too busy taking steroids, natch.)

I think there might have been something even more fucked up going on with Billy Boy... did you ever see him TWITCH at random? Not just during matches or anything, either... during random personal appearances as well. And it wasn't really a "BE SCARED" twitch, more like a "decades of shock treatment" twitch.

And yeah, I think I made a pretty strong case for hatred there. It's not like I'm spouting off the ignorant "AUSTIN RIP-OFF!!" line that was floating around before, I'm stating documented events where Goldberg proved to be, as The Squire noted, "a douche."

So yeah, fuck Goldberg. Zorak could beat his ass.

God I hope not, there was a reason why alot of people casual or otherwise stopped watching WCW. Its bad enough that Vince thinks that the money he can make short term with the 3 Amigos far outweighs any harm this will do backstage with the rest of the boys... I'm not even talking about the guys that everyone thinks will get shafted(Jericho,Benoit,RVD,Christian,Edge,Angle,Storm) I'm talking about the Steve Austins of the world whose reaction will be interesting to say the least if the reports are true that Hogan's downside guarantee is 1.5 million...

Sounds good Uber. I'm just sayin, all he did was entertain lots of people for a really long time.

On another note, I think Stings style of wrestling would blend in with the WWF the best out of the three. He just seems to feel his matches out MUCH better than JJ or Goldberg. That, and the fans would FREAK if they hear his music. Well, I would, at least.
