He achieved semi-legendary status in the AWA. Since these two, along with Bobby Heenan, Nick Bockwinkle, and Larry Hennig were brought in for a meet-and-greet in conjunction with a Milwaukee Admirals game, they're all "legends". | CEOIII

I thought he died in 2000. The last time I saw him, he and some jobber were, well, jobbing to the Bushwackers on Superstars, back when it was still syndicated.
I thought the nickname fit; he looked like an old rock star.
