Anyhoo, while he never came close to justifying being a #2 draft pick, he was a dependable center for a little over a decade, so... hats off to him, his retirement's well-deserved.

Dan Patrick was ALL OVER HIM yesterday. First he wondered how many past & present NBA players have posters of themselves dunking on Shawn Bradley hung up in their houses. Then he wondered if maybe Bradley has a bunch of posters of him getting dunked on by the NBA greats in his house, like maybe being dunked on by all of the biggest NBA superstars over the years is like a badge of honor for him now. Funny stuff. Couldn't happen to a better guy
So, like, his first real move will be trading Marion (and his big contract) for something approaching equal value? That's a sharp learning curve.
