Did you miss "The Great American Dream?" It was only cancelled after two days. Now we'll NEVER know how that vote turns out.
"Six Degrees" is really gone this time.
"The Black Donnellys" is just about outta here - the post-"Heroes" timeslot is being wasted on it, apparently, so it will be pulled and the slot given to the debuting "The Real Wedding Crashers" - which we hope will be cancelled about four weeks later.
"The Wedding Bells" (a completely different show) is outta there due to low ratings.
"7th Heaven" is not coming back after this season. (Wait, that's what they said LAST season.)
I've probably missed a few others... feel free to drop them in your reply!

We certainly do. I can't wait for it to debut, because the sooner it starts, the sooner it'll be canned and those commercials along with it.

NBC just put out a press release touting its ratings success during its regular time debut:
http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news.aspx?id=20070403nbc01
* On Friday, in its regular time period premiere at 9 p.m. ET, "Raines" topped original dramas on ABC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key measures, to rank #2 overall in the hour.
{ Translation: We lost to "Close to Home" but at least we beat "Smackdown" }

Yeah, bring back that neat show that it was before it's Christmas break and not the boring abomination it became afterwards.

NBC is actually giving the Monday at 10 slot to a sketch comedy show- "Thank God You're Here" for a couple of weeks before "The Real Wedding Crashers" debuts on the 23rd.
"30 Rock" has apparently gotten the 2nd season order, and I think it's just about time to declare them the winner in the "SNL-inspired series" battle. The question at this point is probably how NBC will burn the rest of the "Studio 60" episodes- a summer run, online exclusives, or on a DVD.
For reasons of creative incompetence, this space will be left blank. Advertising opportunities are avaliable though!!! Contact (Number removed due to pending litigation) for details! |
