Anyone remember the last time the Sens promoted their AHL team's coach? Yeah, that would be John Paddock aka last year's original coach, which I guess now is three coaches ago (Muarry, Hartsburg, and now this new guy). After this many coaches in a short span, they REALLY need to think about revamping the whole team, because it's always the same old problems over and over again.
