What would be the best (of the options) to sell some PS2 games? I've got EBgames, Funcoland/Gamestop, and BreSoftware (local). I realize I'll be getting more or less hosed at any of the three, I'm just curious as to where you all have had better experiences.
It depends on what you're after...store credit or actual cash. The rates vary on both, and larger stores will give way more credit than cash. Every store tends to give more credit than money for obvious reasons.
I've always used EB and Hastings for my video game trade-ins. Hastings runs a nice deal where you can trade in any 3 games (no matter how old) and get a brand new one free of charge.
I've got a metal plated spine, and my bitches all in line.
Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever trade games in at FuncoLand/GameStop. When you say "hosed," you have no idea how hosed you will be. You will walk funny for days and your friends will mock you.
"You may be wondering why I have been making so many references lately to Fox News. The reason is that it is now my cable news network of choice -- because if Iím going to watch the news and be lied to, I want it to be ridiculously obvious that I am being lied to." -- Center for an Informed America, Newsletter #34
How much do you think I could realistically expect to get for THPS 4, Madden 03, Tiger Woods 03, Tribes: Aerial Assault, Star Wars Jedi Star Fighter, and GTA: VC, the system itself, a sony memory card, and the network adapter? All are in very good to near-new condition, with the possible exception of Jedi ( I bought that used at ballbuster, no BB labels on the disc though).
