Mountain Man completed his Goldberg-esque rise to the top by beating Chris Benoit for the Undisputed Title. On RAW the next night, I turned heel by jumping to Smackdown. I had been tagging with Matt Hardy, and he decided to jump me after I shook Vince's hand. I've been beating the crap out of him since then and managed to defend my title against Stone Cold in Hell in the Cell.

Dammit... I do not know whether to be pissed, or happy....

I had a similar experience in the 6 man HITC at Armageddon. I was fighting as Angle against Undertaker in the corner kicking ass and taking names. Then suddenly The Rock goes to pin William Regal at the same time Brock goes to pin RVD. So which pin attempt do I break up? I decide both, but alas broke up neither. So in theory it should have been a double pinfall and the title held up. But no, somehow Brock was given the victory...

BAH!

Undertaker doesn't sell on the game either. I gave him two Michinoku Drivers in the same tag match, and he still kicked out.

I recently finally got the Divas footage and I used Hogan. I just waited for the guy to come to me, and then hit him with a kick to the midsection. Quickly comes the Down+control pad Chokeslam move, and after that the Smackdown leg drop. Worked almost every time.

The interesting thing for me was that the few guys who got the first shot on me were non-talents like Rikishi and Bob "No Respect for Slobberknockers" Holly. Guys like Austin and HHH went down with little more than a whimper.

The call is from heroism; will you accept the charges?

I was playing in season mode as UT, and I had never lost the title. I get to the Rumble, and I beat Kane in the title match to retain, and at the end, I go to the screen to allow me to pick what to unlock for winning at the PPV. I had already unlocked everything except the Superstars thing you get when you win the Rumble match itself, so there was nothing for me to unlock. However, I had to pick something, and the only thing I could pick was the Superstars thing, which it wouldn't let me pick, since I didn't win the Rumble. There was no button to go back, and there was no button advance without selecting something, so I was stuck on the screen. I wound up resetting and starting a new season (with the intents of entering the Rumble and winning), and unfortunately, because I reset, my modified points from my CAW having previously been champion were lost. Bummer.

Now I'm debating redo-ing season mode with my CAW (me!) or seeing how things go as either HHH or Angle. At least I enjoy playing the draft...

Heh...well, I was doing good as Angle although the bald thing wouldn't come up and they really screwed me at Rebellion: Taker AND Brock. I had them going but then Taker hit me with something then brock picked me up, Triple Rib Breaker, pick up again, Double Powerbomb Pin. :-( And then my PS2 starting being a pain so I haven't done anything since.

My CAW, Mountain Man, lost the title last night at Armageddon in a six man HIC. He had the title for five months, an eternity these days. HHH came back form his "injury" and is now fueding with me. Flair just threw me in a triple threat with HHH and Rhyno. I built up two Smacksowns, gave Rhyno a Michinoku Driver, beat up on HHH some more, and gave him a Michinoku Driver for the pin.

OK - this seemed strange to me -

It's the tag title match - me (as CHRISTIAN!!!) and Jericho against the champions, Bubba Ray and DVon. The match is hot, with run-ins galore and lots of cheating all around - now for the strange part - on at least 3 separate occasions, Earl Hebner backdropped the person making the illegal run-in! Hebner!!- I've played through season mode 1-1/2 times and never saw that - the first time I was sure that I'd imagined it, but it happened again, and again!

I hope it's setting up Christian/Hebner at the next PPV, but I somehow doubt it...

With my CAW (of me) for my second go round. Started on Heat, and at the end of the first month I asked for a manager during an interview at the world. The next night Ivory volunteers provided I win that night's match. (If I can win without a manager though, why do I need one?) I win, and I have Ivory for two weeks, and then Randy Orton attacks me after a match, complaining that using Ivory as a manager was his idea. So we face each other on the Heat before the PPV, with the stipulation that the winner gets Ivory's services. I kick his ass, and Ivory tells me after the match that I obviously don't need her help, and she lets me go anyway. Then Vince comes up to me and tells me that I'll be on Smackdown next week.

So next week at Smackdown, JR approaches me before the show starts, and asks me if I want to be in KotR. So I debut in a qualifying match against Chuck (who, oddly enough, I debuted on Heat against, where he scored the only pinfall on me that anyone has scored yet this season.) I beat Chuck, and proceed to win KotR, and ultimately face Matt Hardy for the title at Vengeance, thus catapaulting from Heat debut to champion in four months, and therefore eclipsing Brock Lesnar's record. (Title progression, for reference: UT -> Benoit -> Matt Hardy -> ME!)

an interesting expierence on my side:

i ran w/ the great muta caw (i did 3 man caw stables for new japan, all japan, m pro, noah, and fmw, and divided up the stables between the 2 brands).

so anyways, the new japan stable had muta, chono, and lyger as the 3 man team. so muta goes through heat, and i win the big belt 2 months after being called up to raw by flair. i defend the belt against jericho, rvd, and taker a lot, and i also build up the rest of my team's points by choosing to wrestle in the matches that lyger, and chono are in. the cool part is, is that instead of being hooked up with losers (my 1st season exp was as Benoit, and damn if i didn;t get Chuck as my regular partner all the time) you get your team mates. so for the 6 man Survivor Series match, it was the NJ crew vs Taker, Rock, and Angle.

well, when we get to the Vince/nWo angle, basically it turns into a small NJ/nWo war, with me facing against the nWo guys, and my crew coming down to help once in a while.

only snag was that after i beat Hogan at Wrestlemania, he became my regular tag partner, thus having every winning match end with me clapping along in appreciation to the yellow and red Hogan pose.

I find it rather hard to get through season mode,I haven't even go through it yet. I usually end up quiting around wrestlemania or so. Playing as Jericho just kind of gets boring...can't find an exciting character to play =P

me n my neighbor play constantly when were not in class, working, etc. WE made him and im a lil skinny old oriental man who is all about submission moves and cant be beat! But yeah the season mode does get boring at times especially when ur on heat and stuck wrestling against Rikishi and Chuck in my case.

This game is so awesome, that we have become addicted to it. I can only hope that hte next version is ONline

I helped Bubba Ray Dudley win the Title at the Rumble, then I kicked the crap out of him the next night on RAW. Vince and Flair won't give me a title shot, even though I have 99 points on my CAW.

Well, in my latest adventures, Vince and Flair decided to team up and get rid of all the bad wrestlers, they asked me to help them in their quest, and me wanting to preserve my heel status (as Jericho) I accepted. So soon afterward I had a match with Big Show and won. After the match, Big Show was fired. Man, that felt great to get that big piece of lard out. Then the next night at Raw, I fought a match with the man with the lowest star points, Randy Orton. I won and he was fired too. At the next event, Stone Cold told me that I have fallen terribly, and I almost felt remorse (for Randy Orton anyway), but I looked forward to firing another guy.

Vince was so happy with my work, that he got me a new truck. I was enjoying it until Booker T ruined my fun and beat the crap out of me.

Then Vince and Flair's ego grew and they wanted to become the tag team champions and asked me to enter the tournament. I had a choice of either William Regal or Brock Lesner. Being the smart person I am, I chose Lesner. We went undefeated to the pay-per-view and we had to face Vince and Flair. Little did I know that I was suppose to lose the match to them, and the owners were quite pissed at me after I won the match, Vince even wanted to fire me! But Linda came out and said I could keep my job and hired Big Show (dammit!) and Orton. Now it looks like I'm a face...GODDAMMIT!!!!

My latest with my CAW:

I beat the crap out of HHH at Backlash and won the title for the second time. HHH even shook my hand. Two nights later, I beat Mark Henry at Rebellion for the European title. He wasn't as courteous.
Jericho then beat me in a cage match at KOR to take the Undisputed Title, after I had been beating the hell out of the eventual KOR winner, Billy Gunn. I'm hoping for a rematch after Jericho dispatches Billy.

More proof that this is the greatest wrestling game: I'm going through my fourth season mode and I am still finding new storylines to get into.

So I'm Rob Van Dam and the champion. I headed into Summerslam on Flair's side and get into a Captain Fall Tornado match. I thought that I could bring a chair into the ring, but I found out I was wrong after getting DQ'ed. The end of Summerslam sees Vince McMahon standing on my face and celebrating.

The next night on Raw I am told to kiss McMahon's ass (here we go again). Of course I don't do this, but I do give him an F-View low blow. This leads to handicap matches as McMahon hates me.

Later, Flair tells me that there is a traitor among us on Raw. I had to pick between Raven, Kurt Angle, and someone else. I picked Raven, and we had a tag match against SD talent. I won the match, but Raven turned on me as he was the traitor. I took care of Raven in the next week's match, and went into a tag match with Kurt Angle vs. Raven and someone. I win the match again, and this time Kurt Angle turns on me. So now two Raw talents turned on me in three weeks.

I have recently been trying to make Test turn from Smackdown to Raw. He was listening fine and seemed to be going along with it. Then I made the calculated mistake of telling his friend Billy about my nefarious plan. Oops. Needless to say Test didn't come over to the darkside. Oh well, at least I ignored Torrie's attempts to counter-recruit me (I made that mistake the first time through as Y2J).

All in all, another great reason to love this game, months after I purchased it.

See what Care Bear you are.

Matt Hardy is the best Grand Slam Champion ever, beating Angle...its true, its true

I finally finished the first season with Jericho (weird credits, I must say). So now I've started another season as my CAW of Rey Mysterio, and I'll attempt to play as a face this time. After fueding for about a month with Purple Demon (another one of my CAWs) on Heat, finally Vince brought me to Smackdown. Shortly after I beat The Hurricane for the Cruiserweight belt. Then I won the King of the Ring so I was supposed to fight Brock at the next pay-per-view, but Angle beat Brock at the next Smackdown for the belt. So at the pay-per-view I beat Angle for the Undisputed Belt. Shortly after that, Flair wanted me to be on his show (I don't know why, I'm supposed to be on both shows as the champion), I rejected the offer but I'll probably switch eventually.
