I think it's a little girl who's just very pissed off. The camera shot was way too short for it to be part of an angle. if it was an angle; the camera would've been on her for a good 30+ seconds whille King and Cole commented on her. The camera was on her for maybe 10 seconds tops. | Big Bad

Maybe the camera caught that little girl reacting to, say, Sheamus winning or something and they couldn't get it on the air in time. Then the director 'saved' that footage for later since it was just too good a shot to waste. | Scottyflamingo

I saw Orton at a house show a few weeks back, and the kids LOVE him. It wasn't Rey level love, but it was damned close.
They probably just scanned the audience during the match and saw which kids were getting really emotional either way. Then when the match is over, they have a couple "go-to" shots all set.
You can see someone trying to comfort her (haha) but really, she was only on screen for 3 seconds or so. I find it totally believable that this is a real reaction. | The Goon

The other way around also happens btw. I think it was when Cena walked to the back on Raw they showed some girl, obviously hoping for a desperate look. She noticed the camera and started waving happily.
I do wonder what goes through the head of our little scowling girl. She must be so pissed off. If she was a few years older, I bet she'd go online and vow to never ever watch Raw again.
