But really, the KO division will be fine. As long as Mickie and Tara are still around, there's still enough talent to sustain it. Really, the best thing to happen to the KO division was losing Lacey.

Nor would I put it past TNA to do it because it's funny.

With their 'braintrust' they would have fired a German wrestler.

I'm actually a little amazed that the tag team situation isn't "we're going to forget those belts ever existed". I would have thought they could have had her drop the belt, you know?
They seem determined to get rid of everything that made them different from WWE. How's that working out for you so far, TNA? | 2P4E

I agree. The spoilers don't really explain how they justify this situation; "We care so little about this division that we just hastily released a champion, now everyone be excited about this tournament!" | Scottyflamingo

Exactly. The X-Division has been dead since Russo came in. No more six sided ring. Getting rid of any Knockout that doesn't fit the Diva mold. I'm really surprised they kept the tag division half way respectible. | John Orquiola

Red Hot Divas (who got their info from the Observer) is reporting Taylor Wilde might also be finished with TNA, at least for now. On the plus side, at least I'll never have to see her overly fill out Christy Hemme's cheerleader outfits anymore.
But you know what, though? The Knockouts division is still solid. They have Mickie James, Tara (who's hurt again), Angelina, Velvet, Madison, Winter, Sarita, Cookie. That's more than enough talent to fill the 1-2 segments on Impact a week delegated to them. Plus isn't Daffney still around? And Miss Tessmacher (even if no one is training her with Lacey gone). And Christy is back doing stuff besides hold a mic and get hit on by Flair. They're fine.

It is ok, but I really wish they still had Kong and Flash. Hell, with all the money they throw around on has beens, they should have tried for Stratus.
Wilde will be another loss, but they haven't used her effectively for over a year. | Moss

Both women divisions are treated like jokes, I'm sure even if Trish wanted to wrestle again she'd rather pass at this time.

| #12 Posted on 9.12.10 2354.35 | Trish could come back to WWE any time she wants to in any capacity she wants to. She doesn't want to. She's done. She did it all, seven times. (The Women's Title was retired, guaranteeing that for the foreseeable future, Trish's record 7 reigns won't be touched or broken.) Trish will be in the WWE Hall of Fame sooner or later, probably inducted the next time WrestleMania is held in Toronto. Trish is wealthy, married, has several businesses and careers outside of wrestling. Even if Trish did want to come back to wrestling, it would be for WWE, probably only for one-shots, like hosting RAW. Maybe the dangling carrot of getting to wrestle Beth Phoenix or Natalya at WrestleMania, the only two match ups she's publicly stated she's interested in. Otherwise, if there's nothing left for her to achieve in WWE, her home promotion and the company that made her, there's certainly less than nothing for her in TNA. Nor does she have any bones to pick with the McMahons that would motivate her to fall in with "the competition", as it were. All of the McMahons were at her wedding; Vince even spoke at her wedding reception. Not too many former WWE independent contractors can say that.
Having said all that:
