Seriously, those numbers are just straight-up ridiculous ... In semi-related news, it's sad to that see LittleBigPlanet's numbers are so disappointing (en.wikipedia.org).

Parquet Wishes and Leprechaun Dreams

The most hilarious thing about Tommy Dreamer is that everyone else in WWE, from Shelton Benjamin to dudes who haven't even debuted yet, has a T-shirt available. WWE doesn't even bother printing up a T-shirt for Tommy Dreamer, A MAN WHOSE GIMMICK IS WEARING A T-SHIRT WHILE WRESTLING. And why is that? Because not a god damn person would ever pay money for a Tommy Dreamer shirt. Not even his own mother. As a result he usually ends up wearing a shirt that says "WRESTLEMANIA 24" or "JUDGEMENT DAY." I think it's time for Tommy Dreamer to just print up a T-shirt that says "UPCOMING PAY PER VIEW"

How are Wiis STILL selling so much? Surely by this point, everyone on the planet with access to electricity has one now?

Insert witty and/or amusing saying or phrase here.

I was thinking the same thing, but I googled "total nintendo wiis sold" and found articles claiming anywhere between 15.4 million and 18 million Wiis sold domestically so far. It sounds like a lot but it still has a long way to go to take the all-time crown. Compare that number to the PS2 which has sold over 43 million domestically at this point. I'm guessing more people would have Wiis at this point though if they were more readily available over the past couple of years.

I believe I have not yet seen one in a store I frequent, be it Best Buy or whatnot.

Of course, I'm not actively looking to purchase at the moment, so they could be in some secret place and I've just not noticed. But, I do go out the Nintendo aisles usually, since I'm looking at DS games.

I shelled out the money for a premium 360 a few months ago, so this stings slightly. Although the pain is lessened since that gigantic 120 GB hard drive will be available separately for $179. The hard drive is what I'm really after.
