According to his latest video, Ryder's show will no longer be on Youtube and will be moved to WWE.com.
The Good: Better production standards?
The Bad: WWE takes over creative control of videos?
What sucks for me is that I'll end up forgetting about his videos when they come out. Youtube would always send me out a email when his latest video was uploaded onto the site. Not sure if WWE does anything like that.

Having never cared for the guy, I never sat through one of these videos. Until now. It was awful except for Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler needs more mic time.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe the reason you never cared for the guy was because you never watched one of his videos?
We have here a guy who wasn't being utilized on TV and was expecting to be fired, and he puts together Youtube videos to draw attention to his plight and attract a fanbase, succeeding in that and getting a high profile spot on weekly TV as a result. If you haven't watched the videos that got him out of his hole, of course you're not going to care about him. It's like you saying you never cared about Sting, but of course you never watched NWA or WCW.

Zack's OK. OK at best. OK enough to be US champ? I guess. OK enough to take the US title off Ziggler, a guy who is MUCH better in-ring? NO. OK enough to take the US title off Ziggler so Dolph can move up to a WWE title program? Again, I guess.
The fact that they've buried Ryder this badly (essentially making him the chick that dies in a horror movie with this Kane thing, and then tossed us this "oh, we had planned to take him off TV for a while so he could film a movie" BS) makes me think that someone finally "got it" with Ryder. Let him stay on YouTube. Maybe he'll start a new show entitled "My Extended Stay in FCW". (or wherever the hell WWE sends guys to get better in-ring)

Not sure which Ryder matches you've been watching, but he had a series of good matches in (WW)ECW, and good matches on Superstars. The guy can sell well, has good ring psychology, can do some high flying, but also can do some mat based stuff. He's a bit like Mario, in that he does a lot of things well, but nothing incredible.
You say buried, some would say that getting him involved in a program with Kane/Cena is a rub. Of course, it doesn't help Cole spends most of the time railing against him.
Is Ziggler a better wrestler than Ryder? Of course he is, and it's not really close. But as always, WWE is about more than just in-ring wrestling skill. Zack Ryder showed that he has the ability to project a character and get fans interested in him, though he had to do so outside the traditional confines of WWE. Over the last year, he's shaped the program as much as anyone this side of CM Punk. Why did they go on the "trending on Twitter" kick that they did? Because of the groundswell for Ryder.
If in-ring skill was the only thing that mattered, David Otunga would most definitely not be on TV. If in-ring skill was the only thing that mattered, Natalya wouldn't be losing 30 second (or less!) matches to Aksana and Tamina. Drew McIntyre wouldn't be on a losing streak angle, Santino Marella would be stuck on Superstars, Daniel Bryan would be dominating the Big Show and Mark Henry in-ring. But in-ring skill is not the only factor in deciding who the WWE focuses on. Zack Ryder's webseries drew attention to him and launched a lucrative merchandise line for a wrestler that WWE had no plans of making anything beyond a token t-shirt for. They see him making money for them, and they notice that. He's been participating in one of their highest-profile storylines. You can call it burying him if you want, but he's had just as much offense on Kane as John Cena has had since Kane's return. Remember how Kane has basically just manhandled Cena at will and suffocated him at his leisure? Why are you saying that Kane beating Ryder soundly is burying him and sending him back to FCW, but ignoring that he's been doing the same thing to Cena?
Of course Cena's match at the PPV tomorrow is going to be more competitive, and it should be. He's John Cena. But just brushing Ryder off is silly. Like him or not, he's here to stay now.
I am not sure if Ziggler is that great of a wrestler than Ryder. Dolph has gotten a lot of time to develop his craft and not be in a lot of matches where main eventers are destroying him. Yet, it seems like almost every match with Punk, there is a blown spot. So, it could Punk/Ziggler don't work well or Ziggler is the IWC flash in the pan.
As for Ryder being move to WWE Youtube, I am hesistant. I am sure it will look better and be something they will promote. However isn't part of the charm of the show is it looks bad. I am also a little skeptical of anything WWE has their hands into. I mean they hire soap opera writers for Christ's sake, openly. I just hope they let Zach do his own thing without getting their giant unwashed unkept paw prints all over it.

Will the spinoff Chi's Long Island Story move to WWE.com too? (The spinoff that Zack's roommate recently started.) If not, that should allow Zack plenty of "airtime" to maintain his indy creativity/credibility. It also explains why Chi started a youtube show all of a sudden. I had been wondering what led Chi to start his own show.

I think Chi only fills in doing the show when Zack's too "injured" to do that weeks episode.

No, Chi has his own show now in addition to being the fill-in host for Z:TLIS.
