The Miz vs. Randy Orton, WWE Championship Match: I like Miz retaining here too. He has earned a lengthy run, and perhaps even a title defense at 'Mania. The other option is he loses here but regains it by nefarious means in the Chamber. I could see that happening too.
Natalya vs. LayCool, Divas Championship, 2-on-1 Match: Hmmm...I think LayCool wins here.
Royal Rumble Match: As usual, we don't know all of the participants at this point. Triple H could be a darkhorse return candidate, but they've done that to death lately. When in doubt...pick Cena.| Promote this thread! |           | It's False

Natalya vs. LayCool, Divas Championship, 2-on-1 Match: We already had a false start on the end of LayCool's reign of terror last year (has it been THAT long?) when they won the belt back from Mickie. I really hope that's not the direction they're going in again, so I'll say Natalya retains.
Royal Rumble Match: Cena wins, setting up his chance to blow off the Nexus feud at next month's Chamber PPV. Khali returns. Christian returns and tosses Del Rio. Undertaker returns to toss Kane. Bourne returns and makes a respectable showing before getting tossed like a lawn dart by Jackson or Ryan.

Royal Rumble Match: Val Venis, Rikishi, Booker T, & Triple H return in the rumble. Uso's are 1 & 2, with Rikishi being number 3, Rikishi hits the ring and the USO's and Rikishi dance in the ring. Then the next two out are Santino & Kozlov, and they join in on the dancing. The final 2 are Rey Mysterio, breaking his own record for longest time in the rumble, and Alberto Del Rio who wins and goes on to face Edge at Wrestlemania for the World Title. | Amos Cochran

That suggests to me that Dolph wins via Vickie machinations. She lost him the IC title; she owes him the world belt. She and Dolph had the most to gain by taking Teddy out and allowing Vickie to regain some pull.

| #9 Posted on 26.1.11 1931.33 | 1) Edge/Ziggler (World Title Match) - In a shocker, Ziggler by Zig-Zag pin after Corre-ference. (Cole's head would figuretively explode after Ziggler and Miz are both champions.) Definitely a rematch as part of the Elimination Chamber match with Edge regaining title.
2) Miz/Orton (WWE Title Match) - Miz by SCF pin after briefcase shot.
3) Natalya/Michelle & Layla - Natalya by sharpshooter submission after entire Diva locker room barricades Michelle/Layla after they try to exit to locker room.
4) Royal Rumble Match - Final Four - Cena/Del Rio/Mysterio/Punk, and the last two being Mysterio and Del Rio. Since it seems like WWE is really pushing him up our giggies, Alberto Del Rio wins the Rumble and faces new champ Edge at WM.

I'd like to pick Morrison in the Rumble and have him go on to face Edge, but I'm at a loss to think of a reason he'd jump to SD and not stay on Raw to face his arch-rival Miz for the title. So, I'll go with Cena winning. Final four is Cena, Del Rio, Mysterio and Punk

WWE Championship; The Miz (c) v. Randy Orton- a tough one to call but I see Miz retaining here and winning. I can also see Miz retaining by DQ but the WWE has made Miz not look like a credible champion with count-out wins, and other ways that really don't boost his credibility. I really hope Miz wins here without too much help to build
more credibility to his championship run.
Divas Championship; Natalya v. Lay-Cool- ho-hum....Lay-Cool wins back the divas title.
Royal Rumble; Triple H returns in this one and continues the trend of a "surprise entrant" winning the rumble. I also see Christian making an appearance in the rumble and being one the 5 or 10 remaining. It will be interesting to see who will get the "Diesel push" in this rumble. | griff

Edge wins even after Vickie's shenanigans. Dolph will hopefully look ok, but its the crowd that will ultimately decided his fate.
Nat retains in what will hopefully be a short match.

Finally paying off the storyline where Edge kept calling him a tool, Zach Ryder interferes on Ziggler's behalf, costing Edge the title. Vickie officially moves Ryder to Smackdown and tells the anonymous RAW GM that if he has a problem with it, he's welcome to show up on Smackdown to do something about it. This sets off a chain of events leading to Vickie vs the Anonymous RAW GM at Wrestlemania.
The Miz vs. Randy Orton - WWE Championship
Feeling that Randy Orton has disrespected the vaunted #1 Contendership that Zach Ryder fought so hard to earn, Ryder's last act as a member of the RAW lockerroom is to come out of the crowd and hit Orton with a Ruff Ryder Leg Drop on the floor, giving Miz a count out victory.
This leads to two different storylines: Miz attempting to negotiate a trade with Vickie, Alex Riley for Zach Ryder, with Vickie demanding more and more concessions to the point where Riley is so insulted that he turns face and is never seen again. Also, Edge vs. Randy Orton in a Zach Ryder On A Pole Match where the winner gets to beat up Zach Ryder.
Natalya vs. LayCool - Divas Championship
Realizing that LayCool are the only women left in the WWE that he hasn't hit on yet, Zach Ryder interferes on LayCool's behalf, causing a distraction that allows them to roll up Nattie for the win. This leads to a segment on the next week's Smackdown where LayCool state that they intend to "thank" Ryder only to pull a switcharoo and reward him with Awesome Kong.
Royal Rumble Match
As thanks for everything he's done throughout the night, Vickie rewards Zach Ryder with the #40 spot in the Rumble. Ryder immediately eliminates The Undertaker and HHH at the same time, to build instant credibility with the WWE Universe. He's then nearly eliminated by Tatanka but manages to skin the cat. The final three competitors are Curt Hawkins, Trent Barretta and Zach Ryder. They circle each other but then Ryder points out to them that he's the only one of them with any experience in a world title match, so they concede that he has the best chance at winning a title at Wrestlemania and eliminate themselves, leaving Zach Ryder as the sole survivor rumbler. | Scottyflamingo

The Kane Award (guy who eliminates a bunch of guys but doesn't win) - Big Show or Mark Henry
The Diesel Award (guy who clears the ring early and takes out guys as the come in) - They did this with Punk last year, so they may lay off of it.
The Ironman Award (guy who lasts the longest) - Daniel Brian
The Bushwhacker Luke Award (guy who is eliminated super quick) - I doubt they'll do this for awhile since Santino took the record last year.
