Check this out:
1997 - WM13 - won by DQ in IC Title Match. No one cares.
1998 - WM14 - won by reverse decision after Ken Shamrock squashed him.
1999 - WM15 - lost the World Title cleanly to Steve Austin.
2000 - WM16 - lost the World Title Match to HHH (screwjob).
2001 - WM17 - lost the World Title to Steve Austin AGAIN (another screwjob)
Well, this match with Hogan isn't a World Title Match but the Rock will end up like the 1990-93 Buffalo Bills. Four-peat LOSERS of the BIG GAME.
That is - if he loses again.

| #2 Posted on 10.3.02 1830.01 | He has nothing on Tito Santana, who lost from Wrestlemanias 2 through at least 8 (I heard conflicting reports on his dark match with Papa Shango at WM9, PWI said he won, Scaia said he lost).
Also, IIRC, Rocky actually pinned the Sultan to win the IC title match, not a DQ win.
Sometimes it's just better to think that nothing can go right. At least that way the only surprises are good ones. | Notorious F.A.B.

i'm picking hall to go over austin and hunter to pin jericho and join the nwo. rocky beating hogan will send the crowd home happy but the nwo's poisonous presence will hang over it.
or hogan hits rock with the finger poke of doom, then tosses him an nwo t-shirt. heh.
It's just you against the group mind. I like weiners. | Big Bad
