Not a happy day.

The Onion AV Club has a nice write up of Tom Bosley's career.

He has climbed the stairway to heaven, presumably finding his long lost son, Chuck, on the way.

R.I.P, Mr. Bosley.

One of the great tv dads. I would be shocked if he wasn't as good a person as he appeared on television and the stage.

June and Mr. C in a couple of Days. Probably the greatest parents on TV. Our society is poorer.

Who is the third? I hope Florence Henderson is keeping healthy in DWTS.

We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

That the universe was formed by a fortuitous concourse of atoms, I will no more believe than that the accidental jumbling of the alphabet would fall into a most ingenious treatise of philosophy - Swift

Although I love my father, as a kid I always wished "Mr C" was my dad. He always knew what to say to soothe hurt feelings, he always showed care and compassion, and he handed out discipline in a loving manner. I know, it was all written for him, but his delivery and his calming voice was so effective. Such a shame that these days TV Dads are pretty much garbage, or fools. They don't make them like Mr Cunningham anymore.

Simon MacCorkindale is the 3rd or actually the first of the trio to pass away.

Mr. C was a tv dad that wasn't henpecked or an imbecile. Something you don't find anymore (Ray Romano, I'm looking at you).

Crap. Crap crap crap. I was staggered at how incompetent it was. Horrible writing, horrible directing, horrible acting. Laughably illogical in both the plot and the behavior of the human characters. Sitting through this was practically torture.
