Tiger Khan was a wrestler that worked in the late 90s Stampede Wrestling. I saw him three times on house shows and he was always a good show. High flyer kind of in the style of Sabu. I'm not sure if his name was well known outside of Western Canada. RIP Tiger.

He's performed it as a double legdrop a few times, and I think it's based on the proximity of the opponent to the turnbuckle. He has not always landed it cleanly; he popped Tyson in the head during his feud with that stable a few months back.
