Grew up on a Mac, but unfortunalty switched to PC due to school and work. He totally changed the computing market, and then did it again with the iPod and the iPhone.

It was amazing what he was able to accomplish just in his last few years even while battling cancer.

| #9 Posted on 6.10.11 0628.47 | I may not always have agreed with him or the decisions that he made (there was a point where I hated him for killing the Apple ][), but I can say without a doubt that my life would have been different if he hadn't existed. I don't know that you can make a more powerful statement about another person; and there are millions and millions of people out there who can say the same.

The Mac I bought in 1997 changed the entire course of my life - no doubt about it.
On the lighter side, the Westboro Baptist Church has announced that they will protest Jobs' funeral - by tweeting it from an iPhone.

Amazing Visionary.
That's overselling what he actually did (as opposed to what he oversaw and/or guided) a bit much, don't you think?
