Sad day. The irony is I am going to a graduation today where the school is banning books due to one complaint. Men like him will be missed.

The amount of material he produced is staggering. I bet everyone knows a Bradbury story even if they don't know it's a Bradbury story. The electric grandmother? Something Wicked This Way Comes? The Veldt? A dominant talent in a genre packed with giant names. Mid-century scifi is a metropolis of skyscraper authors, and Bradbury might be the Empire State Building of them all.

He along with Asimov were my introduction to "Real" SciFi.

I really enjoyed the action sequences, along with the banter between Lois and Clark.
