Breitbart News says today that the first ambulance called to help Natasha Richardson after the fall that led to her death was turned away, presumably at her request, because at the time she showed no signs of injury. Another ambulance was called later but by then it was too late.
Just awful. From what I've read she sounded like a really sweet person.
This is especially sad to read because Sound & Vision magazine did a profile of Richardson and Neeson's home theater just a few months back that also did a great job of profiling the couple's home life.
Doesn't seem to be available online, but you might check your local library if interested.
the funny thing about the Exorcist is that there are people more disturbed by all the hospital stuff than the demon stuff. A great underrated movie (that I always tout) is GOTHIC, a Ken Russell movie about the night Mary Shelley wrote Frankenstein.
